The hotel's ambiance is described as inviting and elegant, complemented by live music and a sophisticated design. The staff's commitment to service is frequently lauded, with many travelers impressed by their professionalism and personalized attention. If you want to spend a relaxing time with awesome view, outstanding service, royal recepion, variety of food (many restaurants with different cuisines in addition of the open buffet) and an extremely friendly yet professional staff all over the place, this is where you can find everything. I really enjoyed every single detail, if it was in my hands I would surely extended my stay. I surely hope to come back soon and will definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives. I want to thank everyone there Mr. Osama Ali the GM. Mr. Reda Etwa Executive Assistant Manager, everyone in the Front Office, every single person working at the hotel Banquet Team, Food and Beverage Team, Concierge Team, Bell Captains and Housekeeping I'm extremely thankful for you and I appreciate you giving me and everyone such a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Hotel's Favorite
We had booked the Baron via Tui as part of a package and arrived very late on 29th August, our wedding anniversary. As we had booked with Tui we had a private car transfer which was extremely easy and arrived at the hotel from the airport within about 25/30 mins, all in the dark and we appeared to be driving through building sites at times but when we got to the front of the hotel and went through the security gates the hotel looked beautiful. From there you do nothing, our bags were taken care of, we went through the security scanner and then into a huge reception area lit by a beautiful chandelier and straight to the reception. Greeted with smiles even though it was late, we had a welcome drink and cold towels brought to us by the lovely lady on duty in the lobby bar. Check in was painless and everything was explained. We had a choice of going to our room to freshen up or straight to the late dinner but we chose room first. Porter took us and our luggage to our room (2308). Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, cool and very nicely laid out. Decided to go down and find the late dinner which it looked as if we had missed but we discovered later that we might not of, it was just we went to the wrong restaurant! This hotel is beautiful and they can not do enough for you. Mohammed, our room guy, ensured that we had everything that we needed every day, we always had plenty of water and our fridge was topped up with anything we had used the previous day. There was a plate of little snacks when we arrived which we ate that night and a large platter of fruit which we didnt. Several people have said that the fruit never gets taken away - it doesn't but we asked Mohammed to clear it and he did - you just need to ask. Our toiletries were always topped up and we had clean towels etc every day too. We didn't use the pools much we tended to go there late afternoon around 5/6pm to use the shower by the pool to wash off our beach shoes, sit and have a drink from the bar and then get rid of our towels etc, so can not comment on the atmosphere etc but the pools were always spotless, even late in the day, the pool guys always had a smile and said hello to you and the beds around the pool were very comfortable (wood with thick mattresses and attached pillow). We spent most of our time down on the beach and had a cabanna each day. The guy on the beach (mostly the same guy) greeted us each day, took our towels off of us and sorted our cabanna out with a smile and brief discussion - he would also check with us throughout the day to see if we were ok. The guys from the pool bar would come down to the beach several times a day to see what drinks you would like and we usually had a cool box with a couple of waters and a pepsi and sprite to start with - after a day or so they just brought that to us without us having to ask. The house reef was really good most days for snorkelling and you could walk out to it fairly easily - so take your snorkels etc with you - you will also need beach shoes because you may have to cross some rocky bits to get into the water. We saw more on the house reef than we did on our boat trip out to a reef. Restaurants - we ate at the red sea restaurant (the buffet) for breakfast everyday (they have a large inside and outside seating area), spotlessly clean throughout. We always sat outside for breakfast just under the lip of the building in the shade. The waiters who looked after us always greeted us with a smile and ensured we had tea and coffee and even offered to get our juice most days, but we liked to choose. The breakfast selection is vast, you will always be able to find something to eat!! We also had a couple of lunches there again the selection was vast and you could sit inside or out, our waiters always got whatever drinks we requested too. We ate there three times in the evening, because of trips and not knowing what time we would be back etc, again the selection was vast and presentation spot on. We also ate at the Italian, Mexican, the BBQ grill restaurant and the Asian restaurants - easy to book with the conceige either the day before or on the day. All really nice, fantastic selection to choose from off of the menu and good size portions (I found that some of the portions were too large for me on some occasions). We ate lunch most days at the pool restaurant and again the selection was huge from a menu, cooked to order, although most were very large portions. You will not go hungry at this hotel, the selection of restaurants is good and the menus are extensive. We ate outside for every meal, which I love doing, and at the time of year we went, there were no bugs to annoy us whilst trying to eat. Bars - we only visited the pool bar, the salsa bar some evenings- they normally had music performances of some sort, and the lobby bar. All were good and we could get whatever we wanted to drink. I can not comment on whether they had everything but they certainly catered for what my husband and I wanted. Check out was easy, we did pay to extend our room until 6pm as our flight wasn't until 11pm and our pick up was at 8 (reasonably priced). So at six our bags were collected from our room and we went down for a drink in the lobby and checked out and then went to the red sea restaurant for dinner, as we could then suit ourselves as to speed with which we ate to get back to the lobby in time for our pick up. Pick up was again a private transfer and the driver collected us early and ensured that we got to the airport in plenty of time for check in. He explained that he had to get us there by a certain time because it would take us some time to get through the security process. We ended up using the fast track service they offered to get through security which was worth doing but would be very costly for a family. Did we have any negatives - no not really, the staff were always friendly and would speak with you, including the gardeners who did a fantastic job. The guys who come along the beach, I did notice they go around the pool to, trying to sell you massages, trips, fish foot cleaing, and salt cave became a pain, but they did eventually stop asking if you had bought already or if you were firm (oh and if I as a woman on my own when my husband wasn't with me they never asked). The only improvement that I could comment on is to have a shower station and toilets nearer to the beach as you have to come back into the hotel for the toilet! Would we go back - yes definitely, although it was a large hotel (for us anyway) it was quiet, no pushy animation etc. For those who say it is expensive - yes it is but you get what you pay for. For those who want lots of entertainment this is probably not the place for you.

a few words about our stay at Hitel Baron Palace. The beginning was not the best, because the hotel occupancy rate was 30%, we were given a very poor room at the end of the building, and without a bed for a child. After the intervention, the matter was resolved. It only got better and better... Great service, delicious food, 5 Ala carte restaurants available - each one had very good food and service. The service at the pool was also top-notch, always helpful and smiling. The Infinity Bar is amazing. great service, you're going great. special thanks to the always smiling Daria from Poland for help in many matters. The only thing to complain about are the rooms, which are slowly in need of renovation, especially the bathroom. Overall impressions are very good - I recommend this hotel!!! It deserves 5 stars!

This has been a most pleasant and enjoyable experience. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are amazing and the food is superb from the Red Sea restaurant to the various theme restaurants. I recommend the Japanese’s restaurant as the food is the best I have tasted outside of Japan and the chef and staff put on a brilliant and entertaining display. The Animation crew are so friendly, especially Ashley and keep you on your feet and entertained. Thanks to all the staff. To try and name them all would be impossible, but would like to thank Mohamed when we dined in the Red Sea restaurant for looking after us, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back. Mr Osama Ali you have a great team and I thank you and all your staff for making our holiday a fantastic one to remember and we will definitely recommend the Baron Palace to friends and family in the UK.

The Baron Palace is a gorgeous resort by the beautiful and blue Red Sea. This resort is very clean and have an amazing landscape and a great view of the Red Sea. Before I arrived I had corresponded with Samweil via email and spoke to him about the room I wanted and in setting up a private car for pick up from the airport to Baron Palace and to schedule a drop off back to the airport. Samweil was very pleasant and professional. He made sure everything went smoothly for our stay. Him along with the other staff had made our stay at Baron Palace a wonderful experience. We are definitely planning on coming back to visit in 2026 to celebrate my 45th birthday. I hope to see Samweil there and will contact him again to help with my booking reservation.

Fantastic hotel, staff and food. Hotel is spotless and the staff so happy and helpful and work tirelessly to ensure guests have a great time. We used all the a la carte restaurants, really enjoyed all of them with no restrictions how often you can go. In the hotel lobby waiting for our taxi and already looking at the price to come back again next year. Wonderful experience, a proper 5 star experience.
