Booked this B&B based on great comments and because of its location away from light pollution so more chances of viewing Northern lights. We were given Red room with northern view window so it was convenient trying to watch Aurora from our room. Room and the surroundings were nice and very beautiful, house keeper and owners were super friendly and the breakfast was really amazing. Cons: 4 rooms on same floor, 1 has ensuite others have exclusive bathrooms but in the corridor and not attached and during night people walking on wooden floors going in and out becomes very noisy so not suitable for people who cannot sleep with some noise around. 2. Everyone need internet now a days. That is a bit of problem at this property. We were given a single use code with very low speed and limited capacity internet which expired in couple hours trying to upload pictures. When we tried to use the code for my wife phone, it was declined being only for single use. Sent text message and called owner but didn't get other code. Later, I met with a family in night who were also not even given the code, she requested to use my phone to call owners (as they were from USA and had no service). The owner brought 2 codes for her ( and she was kind enough to share one of her codes with me). Don't understand why the room charges doesn't include a regular internet connection for our cell phones and laptop alike.

We were here for 7 nights. Breakfasts where very tasty. We brought our own groceries for lunches and dinners and used the wonderful galley kitchen. We stayed in the Cappuccino suite with 3 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us. We spent a lot of time in the main area just relaxing. We were not expecting the place to be so hot so we did spend more time in our room since we were able to open our window there. So just be prepared to bring shorts along if you like your house cooler. The wifi was slow at times but we managed. We will stay here again if we come to Whitehorse. Everyone was friendly and we had some nice visits with the people here.

This property is a hidden gem, it’s location is very nice being just outside town, the house and property are beautiful. Our room (Ivory Room) was very comfortable. We loved the decor around the property. The host and owners were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, a great start to the day. We had a basket provided to put any items we wanted to store in their fridge (which was huge!).We stayed four nights and would highly recommend the property. We didn’t use the Wi-fi as we had our own cellular data, but anyone who travels should know that internet is different in different areas, so if you are coming from a major city in the US or Europe don’t expect it to be the same as you have at home. We would definitely have this B&B as our #1 choice if/when we come back to Whitehorse.

I have been there many times. Eva & Mel are the most wonderful hosts you can have. Everytime I go there; it feels like home. So nice to be in the nature with a nice family ! You can also go hoseback riding. If you want to go fishing; ask for their son Bernard... you will have an unforgettable experience !
