Our room at the Westmark was on the street-side during a heat wave. One small window opened and we were provided 2 fans. It was still hot in the room and the street noise prevented much sleep since the window had to be open. Others who were not on the street said they didn't have the noise problem, but it... More

This is my fourth time to stay at this Hotel and I really like it, the rooms are clean comfortable and the staff are very helpful, I like that it has a restaurant for the times that I am too tired to go out for dinner. I always get a good night sleep when I stay here and they will... More

Grungy looking and in a bad part of town. Only reason I didn't give it a poor rating was due to the fact our room was clean. It was part of our land/cruise package and it wasn't worthy of our trip. Heard someone the following morning mention they had a drunk stranger who got into their room while they were... More

A city center hotel that is very large and looks like a large box and takes up most of a city block. Not much to look at from the outside. The area around it needs a good clean. The rooms were reasonable but the corridors smell and are musty. We were here because of our travel arrangements on a tour.... More

It's not a bad place - yet, but some warning signs tell me they aren't investing in the property to keep it up to date. For example, the carpet in the hallway is old and stained. The beds weren't the most comfortable. The room was clean but I just get a feeling that they are letting things go. Still, it's... More

This hotel is on the seedy side of the street as almost all hotels in Yukon Territory are, A little dingy, a little dark with rooms to match. We stayed here as part of a Sea - Land Holland America Tour and since they own the chain we really didn't have a choice. All things considered, if you're in Whitehorse... More

The lounge is a great place to meet with friends or coworkers after work and they have the best servers! Jan is amazing, she makes a point of getting to know her customers by name, their favorites and makes her own special water with lemon and lime! This lady deserves kudos for her fabulous service and willingness to keep folks... More

Thus hotel needs work. The room smelled moldy and wet when walking in. Not the usual clean as other Westmarks we have stayed in before. Breakfast buffet was not very good. Food was cold Needs to make improvements all over

We always enjoy talking to the employees. They are a friendly bunch. They always help in any way they can. We stay very often. This is always our first choice when in Whitehorse. The parking is a bit tricky.

Stayed in room 206, the only good things I can say about the room is the bathroom was clean, and there where no bugs, that I could see. The room was small and so crowded that you could hardly walk across the room. Anyone with problems walking would find the room impossible to maneuver in. Nothing about the room was... More
