Stayed here for a whole week. Enjoyed the stay, it was a good hotel to rest our head. Centrally located in the downtown we were able to access a fabulous walking trail next to the river. Generally a good place to stay!

This hotel is decidedly average. The good is that I slept well, the shower was good, and the wifi is excellent and the downtown location is super convenient. The bad the room (1st floor) had a funky smell, you have no control over the heat. The first 2 days were freezing I think the whole building didn't have the heat... More

My room was clean and large and even though some of the features were a little old, it had the more relaxed feel of a hotel in northern or small town Canada. The place was within easy walking distance of most of the big attractions in the small city. Overall I was happy to be there and would go again.

The bed of our room was equivalent to sleeping on the ground. There is no AC, so the window was open. The fire station was across the street and busy all night long. Did not even bother with the breakfast buffet because we heard it was awful. The hotel was in easy walking distance to the river, and the typical... More

On a trip to Canada to observe and photograph grizzly bears, we began at Westmark in White Horse, Yukon, Canada. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was warm; we had to open the windows for cool air. The view was not much; we faced another building. The restaurant offered a large buffet or food from the menu. Food... More

Sorry, Holland America, this hotel needs work. Our room was nicely large, but needed serious updating and work. Clean bathroom and bedding...yes, but...the box spring of the mattress had no cover, and was dirty/stained. I couldn't bring myself to touch the drapes, which should be replaced. The carpet, couch, and chairs were brown, stains were still evident. Public areas simply... More

Stayed here with a conference. If I wasn't booked and prepaid with the group we would have walked out. This place is your quintessential fire tap. The fact that they are charging $150/night is criminal .

This was the first place we stayed starting our Canada/Alaska holiday of a lifetime. While everything was clean this Hotel is definitely due for a renovation. It is positioned closed to shops and the Yukon River so no car required. Our stay included dinner on arrival and breakfast the following day. While the service was good the food was bitterly... Our room looked out on two walls and the a/c unit for the theatre. It was not that hot out but the a/c unit let off heat and our room rose to 90 degrees. At midnight it was to much. We called the desk and we moved to another room that faced the street so there was better airflow and... More

Making a reservation by phone is PAINFUL The hotel is older and needs some attention. The hall way on the first floor is tilted, so be careful walking to your room. There is a restaurant and bar on the property. We had breakfast and dinner. Both were good. Staff is friendly. The parking lot is way too small for the... More
