Would have loved to have stayed at your hotel, but personally thanks to your non- accommodating front desk we went and stay at the Park Town hotel. Is your staff truly trained to lose a guest and $ because I could not direct book but instead was told to book online because that's what I needed to do to get...

I travel on a regular basis to Saskatoon for business and have been staying at the James for a few years now. This definitely feels like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and there is always a little surprise (treat) found in your room. The rooms are extremely clean as well....

Just spent the evening at the James hotel and there are no words for how wonderful this hotel is. The staff here are wonderful and attentive with a " no isn't an option" attitude. Anything we requested was done with a breeze. The hotel room itself is modern and very clean. The bed has got to be the comfiest bed...

Beautiful chic boutique hotel in the heart of downtown saskatoon along the riverbank. Seamless customer service, timely extra perks, relaxing lobby bar with great cocktails. Upgrade to a better suite was a nice touch. Can't wait for our next stay. Best hotel hotel in Saskatoon.

Had our anniversary weekend and decided to spend a little extra and stay at the James. Staff were amazing and all the little touches made the difference. Ex. Always welcomed & said good bye, left a hand written anniversary card with the BEST cupcakes. Suite was tidy and clean.

Stayed here numerous times over the past few years, and it continues to impress. Hands down the best hotel in Saskatoon. Great rooms, good views, and a great included breakfast. Never disappointed. Try the two bedroom suite if available.

This is a boutique hotel, that stands out from the others. The James Hotel seriously impressed me by doing 'all the little things' to make my stay more more pleasant. As a business traveler, the room seemed like a full condo over looking the river. There were floor to ceiling mirrors and a separate work area. The bathroom had higher...

This was my first time. I typically stay at brand name hotels but was recommended the James because everyone at work stay there. It was marginally more expensive than the brand name hotels. It reminds me of a large sized boutique hotel. Once I walked into my room I was a very happy camper. I booked a river view room...

The room was very nice. Lot's of space and good view. Very nicely decorated with a very modern feel to it. The price was on the high side but you get a lot of room for the price. The complimentary breakfast was OK but nothing spectacular. If you want to stay in a very, very nice hotel and are willing...

This is such a great hotel. Although the price is higher than other downtown hotels (on paper), once you add in free parking and the free amazing full breakfast, including omelets cooked to order, great cheese, fruit, etc, the cost evens out when compared to the other places. Highly recommended!
