Myself and 7 other people where going to attend Grey Cup in Regina. Called hotel and was put on a "Pre-sale" List was told I was #4 on the list. And wouldn't have a problem getting two rooms. Called every month for the past 5 months to confirm I was still on the list and didn't miss my phone call to book the room. (Was told room would be available to book 4-6 weeks prior to our arrival and that was standard procedure through-out the whole year, not just for Grey cup) Received a call yesterday to be informed that the "Pre-sale" List is actually a "Waiting List" and no rooms are available. And that they had a "Pre-Sale" of 59 Guest and that I was actually number 44. Who makes a waiting list of 30% of the hotels capacity? And who would actually put your name on a "Waiting List" that had 43 people ahead of you? Thank-you to the hotel for misleading myself and the other 6 people I was booking for. Being told I was actually on a waiting list and not a pre-sale list would have given us a chance to make other arrangements. So no I would not trust this Hotel for making future reservations.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant was not to our liking. price was good. Common areas clean. Coffee maker in room with coffee and tea available. Has an elevator. Parking in front is a bit tight better spaces in the back.

Got a pool side room which is convenient. My son had a good time at the waterslide. Resturant at the hotel has good food. Clean place. You do have to pay for your breakfast there however there is no room service charge. The employees were all very nice.

I stayed here for 3 weeks in June for work and was very impressed. Rooms are excellent, restaurant has good food and hours, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had one issue arise during my stay, and the hotel staff were super quick to fix it. They truly care about their guests. I also really enjoyed all the funny and unique quotes on the key cards, do not disturb signs, etc.

We stayed 4 nights for a family reunion and the hotel was AMAZING. Silver room was a perfect spot to celebrate. Water park fun for all our kiddos. Rooms clean, staff attentive. Location close to everything you need. Restaurants, grocery. Highly recommend for your next family gathering.

Outside is deceiving as it looks old but inside of hotel was wonderful. I was there for business and didn’t love having the waterpark as my view out of my window but otherwise, room was perfect for what I needed. Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious.

The room is quiet and spacious. There are no drawers for your clothes, just a long desk to place things on. A luggage rack is not provided in the room and must be requested. You can also request a sound machine and other amenities at no extra charge. The food at The Dish restaurant was tasty, good portion sizes, and staff were attentive. The kids menu has creative names for the dishes which adds some unexpected fun. Soaked Waterpark has something for all ages. My tweenager liked the two water slides and water wall, my toddler liked the toddler area and bubblers, and I liked the hot tub which was a great temperature and when sitting went up to the top of my shoulders. Life jackets are provided for infants and children. It was busy, but never felt crowded and the staff never ran out of towels. The lobby has free coffee in the morning and both ice water and fruit infused water in the afternoon and evening. Cups are provided or you can refill your own mug/bottle. We had good experiences at the restaurant and water park. Our room/stay was not a positive experience. I called ahead of time and let the hotel know we would be arriving later in the evening after 9:30 pm. There was no communication from the hotel during the call or at check in that the linens for the pull out couch are not provided and must be requested. Once I called it took the hotel over an hour to deliver the linens for the bed which delayed putting very tired kids to bed. Housekeeping service is by request and even though I requested service two days in a row no one came to service our room, which was an issue since there was a toddler and the garbage bins needed to be changed. The prepaid breakfast is not considered part of the room service menu so the hotel will not deliver the food to your room, you either dine at the restaurant or pick up. We had no heat in our room. Maintenance came and after checking the heat/ac unit advised it was not working so the hotel provided a small heater which did not provide sufficient heat and was not safe to be used around a toddler. On the final night of our stay I brought my concerns to the attention of the night manager and made it clear that based on all the issues we would not stay at the hotel again. He listened and then went above and beyond to try and make things right. I appreciate the effort made and it changed our experience from a negative stay to one where I would be willing to stay there again and give the hotel a second chance.

The staff at the Atlas Hotel and restaurants were all very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Brian, the "night manager" who made sure everything we could possibly want was at our disposal. Kudos also to Taz at the Knotted Thistle. We made sure to sit in her section a second night because we enjoyed her friendly service on our first night.

Atlas has become our go-to staycation spot! We love the poolside rooms, they are so convenient. Our most recent stay we tried the room service for dinner and we’re surprised with the great quality of the food. The salad had really nice and fresh ingredients, the burger was decent, the kids loved their pizza with crust that tasted homemade. And they don’t upcharge the room service like most hotels do, so dinner in your own room is no more expensive than eating in any other restaurant. We ate then headed right back out to the pool! Happy kids and a great time had by all!

We loved our time here! The pool and water slides were great. We also ended up ordering room service quite a few times and the meals were excellent. The rooms were great as well, beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Definitely plan on going here again!
