I have stayed here many times. Just about always I never get the room I booked. I always book a room with a microwave. About half the time I have to move rooms. They also now have the back door from the parking locked. So if you have to park, register and take your bags up first. Then park. You...

I found lots of hair in the bath tub and on the pillow cases, the duvet was dirty and had no cover! The pillows were old. The towels were stained. There was an empty jam container on the floor next to my bed! Housekeeping was atrocious and rooms were falling apart!

Not sure if it was just because we had the Handicapped room, but there was definitely a lack of care and attention to the room. Not the cleanest, no comfort height toilet (only a plastic extension piece) and a very grungy shower chair. Only a very thin duvet supplied and one extra blanket for a 2 bed room. Also not...

It was nice and close to the hospital and plenty of parking! the rates were great and the lovely receptionist looked for the best deal for me! I felt pampered and I had a freat sleep, shower and a delicious continental breakfast....

Room was filthy. Beds had clearly not been changed from the last guests. Dirty socks and debris beside and behind the night stand, hair in the tub, crusty food in the fridge, margarine packets in the desk drawer... I could go on. So, so bad and staff seemed indifferent to the issues. Hotel was clearly unprepared for our (pre-booked) group...

I would like to then apologize for this experience. As your group started arriving at 11:30am (when checkout is not until 12 noon) the housekeepers were hurried and had gotten behind....

We stayed here last night. What a mistake the Web photos on file are nothing like the actual room we stayed in. Stained towels, toilet the plugged at 6 am, dirty dated, holes in the walls where art might have been hung, a "beautiful veiw of a cement wall out our window, torn curtains. I went to make coffee in...

I stayed there for 3 nights. I booked this hotel without checking out the reviews. Plus: Parking is great and located at the back of the hotel. Ample parking, well lit and has a plug for your block heater. Great service at the front desk from Dustin who filled my thermos with hot water twice. They accommodated me on the...

Stayed at Quality Hotel. Great downtown location kitty corner to two much more expensive hotels. The King Suite was a little cramped and needed some TLC but can't complain about it for the price. Pet friendly too. The hot breakfast was incredible. The attendant didn't sit down once continually cleaning and restocking when she wasn't service eggs with sausage or...

First off... No parking available. We could hear the elevator pulley and drive whining all night long over and over again. Then at about 2 am the headboard FELL of the wall. Scared the crap out us but lucky fell behind the bed instead of on our heads. Told the man when we checked out about the elevator and headboard,...
