I stayed here with some friends for the Regina Folk Festival in August. Great location and great parking. The staff were pleasant and the hotel was clean. The room was spacious, it could have done with a better light but other than that it was fine. There was a problem with the key cards and the staff were most apologetic... More

No place to park. Cigarette smell all the time especially in the hallways and elevator. The room needed updates the bathroom was messy with no facecloths. TV was full of marker and the remote and its replacement didn't work. At least the waffles were good. Won't stay there again

Well the staff was friendly and helpful. He (staff member) was answering all our questions. Nice spot downtown. Not too far from everything and walking distance. The parking lot is small (driving a truck). Had a bit of a hard time parking but eventually parked The room was spacious (stayed on second floor). The room was fairly clean. Our air... More

This hotel is in serious need of an update. The main hallways smell of smoke, the rooms are dated and in disrepair and the staff is only somewhat friendly. For the price I would spend an extra few dollars to stay elsewhere.

We had a non-smoking room, but the smoking area was across the parking lot from our room and the smell drifted in. There's no pool in this restaurant but it was a good place to stay and the Asian buffet next door was a real winner. They had pretty good WiFi.

Convenient and good if you are on a budget. Book on priceline for a better deal. Easy acces to downtown regina and not tio far from the airport. Staff are friendly and rooms clean. Good brunch available in the restaurant down stairs.

We stay here because it's walking distance (1.5km-ish) from Taylor Field. Parking can be tight, you may have to park on the street. Rooms are average, you get what you pay for but they're always clean. Check-in is hit & miss, some of the staff are great & some are lacking.

We picked this hotel because it was downtown and not terribly expensive. It was close to the centre, I walked to the mall and the park. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. It had parking in the rear of the building, not real secure. The common areas had candy wrappers on the floor, which they give away at the... More

Thank you for reviewing your stay. I appreciate all reviews as they are all learning experiences. I will bring this to the attention on the housekeepers and when doing inspections focus on looking under the beds. Our common areas get cleaned in the evenings so by late morning often look quite dirty already. I apologize for the cleanliness issues, we... More

Room was average, was mostly clean but the toilet had not been cleaned and had residue in it. Bed was hard, pillows lumpy and the comforter old and insides matted into balls. My view was the wall of a building not three feet from the window. The wall was covered with what looked like dryer lint from some sort of... More

They charged us $160 taxes in. Room is very small. Parking is inadequate. If you come late you will have to park on the street. Hair all over the bathroom and urine at the base of the toilet. Stains on the carpet and bedskirt. Lots of hot water and the view was nice. We did not have the breakfast that... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our property...we appreciate all reviews so that we may learn and develop. I will be retraining some of the housekeepers and doing more room checks to ensure that these issues are dealt with. We do have a beautiful view from the higher floors.
