This hotel is a little hidden gem. Great service and amenities, a nice upgraded hotel with lots of charm. My room was lovely, though the bathroom was a bit small and my tub was old. The water wasn't going as well down the drain. Their lobby areas and meeting facilities are lovely, and the location of the hotel is right... More

This is a beautiful hotel in downtown Regina. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. There is an old world charm about the place. The only downside is that loading and unloading are done curbside with no driveway. Having to park to go find a bellman can be annoying.

My wife and I stayed here over the Labour Day weekend. The hotel is beautifully renovated with many small details done right. The staff were wonderful being always friendly, helpful and cheerful. The only reason it does not rate a 5 rating was the small size of the washroom. Being a tall guy it was extremely uncomfortable and bumped myself... More

Lovely hotel. Downtown location and across from Victoria Park. Our room was clean and comfortable, however we checked in early in the afternoon and were told there were several rooms available on our floor ...three other family members were arriving later in the day for a wedding weekend. We were given a room by the elevator. We could not sleep... More

Have been a customer of the hotel for several years. It now has new management and revamped the restaurant and room service menues. I was very disappointed as they have reduced the selection and quality of the food served. Very little selection and in my opinion the quality of the food has also dropped. It is disappointing because otherwise it... More

Beautiful classic hotel originally of the CP hotels across Canada very beautifully decorated, we had a room with two queen beds which was very spacious. Lounge area great to relax and also to dine. There was no place to park on Victoria avenue when we checked in so had to drive around the block of one way streets to get... More

I typically stay at this property once every month or two -- and for good reason: It's centrally located, the bar and restaurant are both exceptional, and the staff is too-notch. The rooms, on the other hand, are hit and miss. On three separate occasions this summer, and in three different rooms, the air conditioning system was not functioning properly.... More

My wife and I visited here over the labour day weekend. The check-in was a little drawn out and the corridors were freezing but other than these two points we had a pleasant stay. The ambiance is very nice here and the rooms are furnished nicely

Had an upgraded room on the second floor. While the layout is "unique" huge room with bed and lots of unused "wasted" space the bathroom was tiny. You had to find a spot for yourself to close the door. Now, that's all manageable if it wasn't for the big holes in the headboard of the bed, the sewer gas bubbling... More

I will admit, I have become a bit of a travel snob. When travelling, I want, desire, expect a level of comfort and luxury. I enjoy the feeling of slipping between those cool hotel sheets. To write that I was "pleasantly surprised" would be an understatement. This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! It takes you back to old world luxury without being... More
