They only serve breakfast till 11am- not a very relax and sleep in on Vacation- friendly policy. Scenery was beautiful. Bathroom wall had some lichen growing in the corner of one log and some daylight showing through. Accomodation was basic but seemed clean.

We stayed there after a week long kayak trip. The staff in the restauarant and front desk were great. Nice to talk to and to get to know. The meals were great and they even had homemade apple pie. Am already thinking about when to heead back there for another adventure

I would like to thank you for the kind words. The staff at the lodge are fantastic and we are very lucky to have them return year after year. We hope that the next adventure for you may include our sister camp Twin Falls Lodge. They have some spectacular lakes and falls there. Best regards Dean Linton Assistant Manager More

We were a party of 6 and from the booking through to checkout I can only say the service was professional. Thompson's Cabins were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The meals at the Ottering Hole were superb and the shore lunches cooked by the guides were delicious. We had a great guide, Dylan, from the Thompson's... More

I am pleased to hear that your stay was great. The staff here at Thompson's Camps really do pride themselves on the work that they do. They all understand that we are in the business of creating memories, and I feel we don't disappoint. You are correct in saying that Twin Falls is in the midst of renovations, however, I... More

Had a fabulous 4 days and 3 nights at Thompsons Camps. Went fishing with a guide, Dylan, who I highly recommend. He has all the equipment and it is top range stuff. We caught our limit gy 1030 and from then on it was catch and release. So a half day fishing excursion is all you need. The resort itself... More

Outstanding flight and stay at Dead Lake Outpost. A few days of isolation is just what the Dr. ordered. "At one with nature" with a few of the luxuries of home. Will be sure to visit Dead Lake again in the near future.

This spot was chosen as a guys fishing/bonding trip. However the wives & a toddler also came along. NO REGRETS. A wonderful spot for family. The scenery & wildlife were stellar. The fishing was good, even tho we were late in the season. The cabin was clean & very comfy. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking. If I went again,... More

Our trip was a lot of fun, expecting aweful weather and making a turn for the best. We did good fishing bringing in walleye, couple perch, and pike. The cabin is what you could expect, maybe a little upgrading would help, like getting rid of the out use hottub. Definatly need some new frying pans. The service was great, guides... More

Cabin was clean and ready for us. We arrived late in the evening and keys were waiting for us. Breakfast was excellent and Jennifer was an amazing host and waitress. It is a small community and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Tip: bring your own towels.

From the spacious and well kept cabin with all the amenities of home, to a view to unequaled, with more fresh air than you can handle, all nestled in a location where you can still take a stroll in the evening and feel safe. We have been coming to Missinipe for more than 20 years and from the very outset,... More

We booked the 2 bedroom cabin for a night before flying out to a lodge on an island. The booking process was great, helpful, friendly service (also at check in!). The cabins are rustic and a bit older, but very clean and well equipped. Our cabin had a full kitchen. The bedrooms had 2 singles beds with foam mattresses. Do... More
