We booked this one online, on trip advisor, while vaguely planning a camping trip to tadoussac and côte-nord. It is a long drive from Montreal so we figured we would get a bnb for the first night. We left early in the morning, got a speeding ticket in Qcity and slowed down afterward, really enjoying the scenary anyways.. We arrived... More

Stayed one night at this gite recently and had a nice experience. Our small room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Our hostess was very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain and share many local sites to see and things to do. Even recommended a couple of restaurants (which we tried and liked). Breakfast was not included... More

We stayed there for 2 night in late June 2015. The host was lovely. Depending on how you book the room, breakfast is an extra charge ($8 per person). The $8 was worth the breakfast cost. We had eggs, fruit, coffee, homemade bread, homemade jams and pudding. The host was a lovely lady and nice to deal with. The location... More

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights last June. The bedroom was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. We had the bedroom upstairs facing the 2 bathrooms. The toilets are inside the shower room which is annoying in the morning when you cannot have access to them. One of the shower did not have a shower head. The wi-fi was... More

Stayed two nights the last week of August 2013 with my wife and daughter. Purpose of trip was of course to see the whales, which was worth the trip, they are everywhere. We didn't spend much time in the room. Older home which has been modified upstairs with five rooms and two shared bathrooms. I really have no complaints within... More

Gite du Goeland was a fabulous stay! We enjoyed two nights here. I enjoyed that the rooms had a separate entrance to the rest of the house, and had two private baths at the end. Literally the comfiest beds we've stayed in in a while. I appreciated having a sink & mirror in the room and we even had a... More

This establishment is representative of an unfortunate trend in B&Bs. This is not a place where you are welcomed into their home. Most of the building is strictly off limits except for breakfast. Guests stay in one of the five rooms on the second floor. The entire floor was built with the cheapest material possible -- I wondered if I... More

I stayed here with my children in August for one night. Lilas was lovely, both during the booking process and also while we were there. Although I had spent a lot of time in Tadoussac in my younger days, it had changed much. Lilas gave us a map and highlighted things to do and places to eat. We were thrilled... More

We stayed in this B&B the end of July. I heard about it when the owner, Lilas, contacted me telling me about her B&B (another B&B owner that I had contacted who did not have availability referred her to me). She was very helpful and when I asked her to send me some photos of her B&B because she does... More
