We rented the room located on the 8 th floor of this hotel. The room occupies the whole level, and includes a spacious terrace with an incredible view of the St Lawrence river, the marina and Levis. There was no room service because of a severe lack of workers province wide. Only the clerk at the desk and one room service boy, that's all. But this is not the hotel's fault, since workers get paid to stay at home by the federal government.

Great location just across the street from Musée de Civilisation. Public parking (12-18$ daily rate) 2 min away (walking) if you don't want to use valet parking . Located with Old Québec with its shops, restaurants, attractions. Hotel has a Italian restaurant with great ambiance. Cannot comment on the food because I didn't eat at the restaurant Beautiful and cosy contemporary decor. Confortable bedding. Warm and prompt greetings upon arrival Great rain shower with strong jets, the best I have seen in hotels so far Disliked · Room insonorisation not optimal . I can hear my neighbours laugh Issue encountered when called for breakfast in the morning: I was told that reservation for breakfast box to be delivered to the room must be done the previous day BUT I didn't get this info upon check-in ,not verbally from the reception desk nor it was written on the breakfast menu (no pamphlets in the room, all info was exclusively on the website that you can scan from QR code ) . I was told that morning that they are very busy to ensure delivery of 10 pre-ordered breakfast box at that time (8:30-9:00AM)and cannot guarantee I would get my breakfast because I didn't pre-ordered it. I think a hotel of this size and this prestige should be prepared to serve more than 10 breakfasts at 8:30 -9:00 AM . I however got my breakfast box 30 min after talking to the reception desk, which is a normal delivery delay in most of the hotels. I think the speech given to me by the reception desk was unprofessional and unnecessary. There is only one choice of breakfast ("cold" continental breakfast). There was only feather pillows in the room (I don't know if there is a pillow menu because I didn't ask for it)

Kimontreal, Thank you very much for your comment. Indeed, we are doing our best to provide a quality breakfast to all our customers during the pandemic. Normally, the service is done in the dining room which is impossible due to the constraint of distance and the size of our dining room. However, we are terribly sorry for the information received from our team. We have two types of pillows, synthetic or with feather. To the pleasure, Maxime Provost, communication & marketing

When we arrived at this "luxury" hotel for a 3 night stay only then were we told there would be no room service. It was an absolute hassle to get fresh towels and the hotel did not provide any form of cleaning materials in order for a visitor to try and keep the bathroom and room clean. No garbage was collected and one was forever having to call the harassed front desk staff to get clean towels, soaps, clean garbage bags etc. In disgust we checked out a day early!!

We and our friends loved our stay in Québec City. You have a great staff especially the young French man at reception who was able to meet all our needs. The hotel is very clean and the rooms really comfortable. Be sure that we will come again. Thanks

Our stay in the oldest city of North America Old Quebec City could not have been better highlighted than by staying at this fantastic boutique hotel, which offers plenty for visitors to enjoy the experience of discovering the most beautiful French style capital of what it used to be known back then as La Nouvelle France 🇫🇷 along with the « joie de et le savoir vivre » that characterize Quebecers. This magnificent architectural feature is so well located that one needs only a comfortable pair of shoes to stroll around all day long throughout this town. Everything is accessible to and from it: Restaurants, art galleries, and a superb museum (across the street) the port, boutiques of all sorts, etc. The distinguished, unique interior design of each space (lobby, lounge, bar, restaurant, and rooms) renders the experience much more exciting for one feels really transported. Quebec is a very charming Canadian province and this small capital gem demonstrates that one can find Europe again at our doorsteps. My pics will speak for themselves and I definitely recommend it to everyone. I wish I could recall the name of the splendid French staff member who welcome us upon our arrival for his warmth kindness made us feel as if we belonged to that place.
