Although the weather didn't cooperate for our Quebec City visit, meeting Jacques & Sylvie more than made up for our weather disappointment! They had wonderful lunch and dinner recommendations, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. Loved the Eggs Benedict for breakfast and the quiet, cozy 2nd floor with its views of the St. Lawrence. The house is spotlessly clean...

We visited Hayden’s Wexford House in February of 2013. Little did we know as we rolled up to the cozy, ancestral Irish home (at a much later time than originally anticipated) that our stay with Jacques and Sylvie would be the hearth of our wintery, Quebecois adventure. Even before our three-day stay came to a close, we were planning our...

I came by train and much to my surprise and delight Jacques was waiting for me at the train! Right from the first i felt welcomed and at home. He gave a brief tour of the city as we went back to the B& B. They had suggested when I had initially reserved that if \i came early on the...

Wow, what great hosts we had. Jacques Greeted us as we arrived and carried our bags up to the third floor where there was 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, and a nice sitting area. No TV, but who needs a TV when visiting Quebec City? We were too busy to do anything but relax when we came back...

Our Stay with Jacques and his wife Silvie was like spending time in the home of friends.Since their historic bed and breakfast was a 15 minute walk to the center of the old city. We were able to park our car in the (free) lot , right across the street and didn't need it again until leaving. Jacques (a hot-air...

Our experience there was excellent! The hosts Jaques and Silvi are beautiful people, and go out of their way to please you. The breakfast Jaques makes is gourmet, with lots of fresh fruits, berries, et cetera. crepes. Excellent location near buses, the St. Lawrence river and Old Quebec eateries.

Wow - my family stayed at this B&B for two days in July 2013. Jacques and Sylvie are impeccable hosts, doing anything necessary to accommodate us. The B&B itself is wonderfully decorated, quite charming and hip at the same time. The locale is ideal for those who are willing to walk 10min to the Lower Town (or up 300 stairs...

We have only good things to say about the Hayden's Wexford House B&B! We originally planned to stay one night, but fell in love with our accommodation, our hosts and the city and so extended our stay. Jacques and Sylvie are beautiful people, inside and out, and we enjoyed spending time with them over breakfast (which was always delicious and...

We stayed at Hayden's Wexford House in Quebec City on July 16-17, 2013. Our hosts were really friendly and very helpful providing directions and suggesting things to do and places to eat. The house is amazing and very nicely kept. Extremely clean and organized. There are three rooms all with private bathrooms. Breakfasts were excellent and spent in good company...
