Very very nice hostel with a fantastic staff. They were all very kind to us and they offered to keep our luggage while visiting the city the day of our departure and they also said that we could use the kitchen for the whole day. They also offer a rich breakfast. The only negative side is that I found the...

Pros: Close to the train station and one of the most beautiful districts in the city. Clean and warm. Good wifi! Inexpensive! Cons: Beds are uncomfortable, showers are tiny and awkward to use, and some of the staff are extremely weird and unfriendly. The free breakfast consists of toast with PB of jam, and two kinds of cereal (although I...

An excellent location in the midst of the Old Town, with an epicerie and a small cafe just next door. Friendly staff, and atmosphere. Ideal for the casual traveller who doesn't require frills. The free breakfast - toast with toppings (jam, marmelade, peanut butter), a choice of cereals, and coffee a great asset for those who want to get out...

I stayed here for 4 nights and generally it was a pleasant experience. It's true that the best thing about this hostel is it's location. Easy walking distance to all the main sights and the train station. I had three encounters with the staff, the first was when I checked in and the woman was lovely, very helpful and I...

Overall, a positive experience in a typical hostel setting. As a primarily english speaking Canadian I was able to converse with the primarily french speaking hosts. Felt safe and was comfortable leaving my bags behind during the day in the lockers within the hostel rooms. Wifi was stable and quick. Did not try the breakfast, only because I had plans...

“There is no 'private bathroom'. If you're in a private chamber, you share a bathroom with the four other private chambers on that floor. It didn't bother me though, I never had to wait for it and it was always clean. But spending a bit more on a private chamber is the way to go!”
