A classy Hotel where your room balcony overlooks an interior atrium with a pond, a fountain and a swimming pool. Up above a complete ceiling skylight adds to the beautiful setting. The In-Hotel Restaurant on the lobby level had a fantastic menu, Superb Aged Beef and a Wine Cellar with Exclusive wines from all over the world. Prices for the budget conscious and for the demanding connaisseur! The next morning, go to the« Hobbit Bistro», at 700 rue St-Jean, a short walk away, have a Delicious Brunch with a choice of coffees (with a free refill !!) that will stimulate your taste buds before setting off to walk the peaceful historical streets nearby. Trust me you are going to be so pleased to take your significant other to these two venues. And you know what, your kids, if you want to make it a family get away, will love the hotel too. Have a great stay!!! Tommasso

Stayed here because I was attending a conference across the street. Lovely hotel that I would definitely go back to. Hotel room was in good condition and lots of character to the decor. My room had a balcony that faced the inside atrium pool area. Was lovely to get takeout for dinner and sit there to enjoy it with a glass of wine. Comfy bed. Only annoyance was that there wasn't a plug in by the side table - like many I use my phone as an morning alarm and also tend to charge it overnight. Great location to walk to Old Town. Lots of great restaurant options close by.

We had an excellent stay for the first weekend of winter carnival! The value, location, cleanliness and service was top notch. We had an outside facing room. It was a tad small but extremely clean and updated with a spacious bathroom and comfortable chairs facing a nice view of the city. The pool area and hot tub was especially nice after a cold day at the carnival. The location is perfect with lots of stores and restaurants nearby and next to the old city. The hotel had a restaurant which was pricey but great for breakfast and dinner when we did not want to venture back out in the zero degree temps. There was also a nice bar area good for cheaper food options and night caps. Finally, the service was excellent. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The only suggestion I would give is that then shampoo, conditioner and soap provided seemed to be on the cheaper side. Not a deal breaker for me but I would have expected a little nicer from a four star hotel. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Came here on a bus tour from Connecticut. with 38 people. We had an outside room which was very nice and kept very clean. The maids do an excellent job keeping the rooms clean. The restaurant was very good as were the waiters.

Went there for a weekend get away. The balconies overlooking the pool area is a nice, distinctive concept that is rarely seen. It can get noisy, but gets quiet later in the evening. We stayed in one of the suites, which was large and clean. The price was right as I was able to get a Boxing Day special, but be aware there is no cancellation or refund on these specials. Overall, a very nice hotel.
