We stayed here for 2 nights in March. We had a family suite with a balcony overlooking the tropical pool area. This hotel is a great way to escape winter, if going South for March Break isn't in the cards. It's well located (in comparison to the other family-friendly Hotel

Bonjour Kookie_10, We were honoured to welcoming you during your recent stay at Hotel Palace Royal and thank you for tkaing time to share your experience. Being located next to the Saint-Jean Street and the Place d'Youville, our hotel is in walking distance of the Old Quebec classics. No need to use any vehicle! After a walk in town, the pool area is the perfect place to relax and take a drink! Know that all your kind words will be shared with our team. We invite you to try, during your next stay, our Restaurant Beffroi Steak House, which has mastered the art of cooking over Maplewood charcoal and has been gathering fans of grills & seafood for several years. Stayed here for 4 nights mon-fri during Carnavale. Obviously short-staffed hotel. Recieved no room service for 3 days in a row and had to request toilet paper and towels, never got the cleaning we needed during this messy winter season. The sauna was off and cold, there was no

Does the hotel have laundry service and if so, how is the pricing?
Don't know if laundry service is available. I do know they offer dry cleaning but don't know about pricing. Hotel staff was very helpful so I'm sure they would be happy to answer your question if you contact the hotel directly.

No. There isn't a shuttle. The best thing is to take a cab. Be sure to ask your driver if he/she knows the way as there is lots of construction on the way. I had read that uber & lyft didn't operate in Quebec. I think they do; however, best to chk for yourself. Btw, the concierge there is delghtful. Don't be shy abt calling. Also, don't be shy abt anything else such as a great place to have dinner or lunch.

Hi, you’ll need to get the car to the front entrance the first time. You know how it is with old cities, narrow streets. There is always someone that can guide you. Good luck!
