We were steps away from Chateau Frontenac and Vieux Quebec. The location was quiet and safe. Marielle was lovely and so helpful. The light breakfast was perfect and a great way to catch up with other guests. We would definitely return!

We stayed here in late August, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! The hotel is very close to the picturesque Chateau Frontenac and terrace that overlooks the majestic St. Lawrence River, as well as shopping and restaurants. We had a room on the third floor, which gave us an amazing view of the old city, and...

We found this place on TripAdvisor - and we are glad we did. Our host was welcoming and wanted us to settle in and feel at home - and that we did. Our room was spotless and really well presented and was an inviting setting when we would enter the room after a day of exploring Quebec. It was hard...

Found Maison du Fort on Trip Advisor. We spent two nights in Quebec City prior to joining a cruise. Accommodation was excellent. Marielle was a very helpful host and Oscar the cat was the master of the house.

Ah, where to begin! We were greeted warmly by owner Marielle who gave us directions as to where to park.....just around the block. Our room was perfect with exposed stone and brick walls, lovely furniture, a beautifully tiled bathroom, and wood floors. Breakfast is coffee, tea, and some delicious fruit bread baked by the owner. It's a perfect location inside...

Stayed 2 nights. Loved our room on top floor. We were on a 3 week holiday and stayed in 12 different hotels. This was the best room of them all and we had stayed in a couple of Intercontinental. So you can see how good the standard is. We had the deluxe Queen room. Lovely big room. Quality bed and...

Had an absolutely wonderful time. The hotel was in the best location you could ask for, walking distance to everything. The hostess was so kind and welcoming. I was traveling alone and she was so helpful when I needed a hand. The room was very clean and charming, exactly what I was looking for.

This hotel is in a wonderful location in Old Quebec. There are great restaurants and points of interest within walking distance. Marielle, the owner, is very welcoming and full of great advice on things to do and places to eat. The rooms are nice and very clean. A light breakfast of breads, yogurt, coffee and tea is available. I would...
