Mr. Direction and I stayed here for 2 nights. We actually chose Le Clos St-Louis for its over the top decor - our personal style being modern and minimal. This is a HOTEL not a Bed and Breakfast, it is located in the middle of the old city, great location but I wanted a bed and breakfast which this was not. Not sure why it was the first to come up in a search. The rooms were beautiful 18th century motif, very French. Price was $265 a night, the...

For my first visit to Quebec city, I could'nt have found a better place than Le Clos St Louis. This superb boutique hotel is one of the most charming I've ever seen in the world. It 's like being in the mid 19th century, but with all the comforts of the 21st. The staff was helpful and friendly and you...

After reading the tremendous reviews, my boyfriend and went on their site, looked through the pictures of each room and booked the Mary Robinson for us here for the long weekend to experience Quebec CIty for the first time. From the moment we walked in, Paul greeted us and explained all our room amenities to us. When we walked into...

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and were given helpful suggestions about touring the city. Every room has been restored to evoke a prior era and our room was immaculate and charming. Ideally situated in the heart of...

Such a wonderful little hotel in a perfect location. Everything was beautiful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the muffins each morning were delicious! Right in the heart of the Old City, we were able to walk everywhere. I definitely recommend Clos St. Louis for a relaxing couples trip :)

We stayed in Room 19 on the first floor so we did not have to use the stairs up to our room. The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. Coffee and muffins were available to have in...

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. The gentleman who greeted us took time to explain all of the hotel's amenities, local attractions and festivals. Our room (the Margaret Sarah Racey, #21) was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable, towels were ample and the street view was great for people watching. The hotel's...

This tiny hotel is truly grand , furnished with antiques and has Old World charm. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with nice amenities, such as self-serve tea/coffee service (or you can get muffins and fresh coffee from a lower level room in the a.m.). Front desk reception --coming and leaving --was very friendly and helpful. Le Clos Saint Louis...
