Terrific location in Old Quebec, within walking distance of the Citadel, Frontanic Hotel, St Laurence River and many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and our doubled bedded room was very clean and comfortable. Not much noise on the street. Down side of the experience would be the "free" breakfast. Since the hotel does not have their own restaurant,... More

My wife and I travelled to Quebec to celebrate her birthday. After researching where to stay I selected Hotel Acadia. We liked the central location and stayed in a junior suite (101). The room is very romantic with a large bed in the middle. A large bathroom and a sitting area. There is also a semi private patio with a... More

We stayed here 2 nights in August for a "girls trip". We wanted to stay in a historic home/hotel and expected less conveniences because of that. When we arrived, the hosts were extremely accommodating and provided great information, helping us with parking since my vehicle was too large for their lot. The gentlemen helped us with our bags on arrival... More

Please do not stay on this dump. This place is terrible. It's very noisy at all times and not clean at all. They never cleaned out room and one day that we requested the room to be cleaned they just fixed the bed. They didn't replace the toiletries or clean the room at all. Not even the glasses on the... The hotel itself is quaint and offers a great location for exploring Quebec City. It is in the old part of the city but just barely off the main streets to allow for a peaceful yet central stay. Rooms are modest but comfortable. I'd suggest skipping the restaurant breakfast that is included, not very tasty or fresh. The highlight of... More

Stayed at this hotel for a vacation. Location was great, and the size of the hotel room was bigger than expected. The size of the room and location of the hotel were the only positives. The bathroom was tiny, and dirty, the shower was down right gross covered in black mildew. There was no hot water available for a shower... More

A pretty standard hotel, the rooms were clean although not that memorable. The location makes this hotel worth looking in to. Walking distance to all the sites around old town and outside the walls but on a quite street so not disturbed by people walking by. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful whenever we needed any advice.

Overall, the highlight for this hotel is location. You can pretty much walk anywhere from there and it's in a quiet place, Also, just across the street there's a fine restaurant, Saint Amour. Besides that there aren't many things that can be said in its favor. The rooms vary quite a bit, going from extremely small and old from newer... More

Quaint hotel walking distance from many points of interest. Great breakfast included in restaurant around the corner. Rooms are clean, comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs might be a barrier for some. Wifi connection was spotty in room.

A great 2 night boutique stay for our family. Think of a very large house with a few rooms on each level of 5 level building. Each room is decorated different. A bit smaller room than newer hotel but so charming and the reason we stayed in this hotel was for old quebec charm. We got it and so glad... More
