This beautiful old hotel in the heart of Quebec City has been completely renovated with modern and tasteful amenities. We stayed in a spacious room with a king sized bed and a completely stocked kitchenette - including a dishwasher! The hotel is a short walk or bus ride to the port and the Old Town and all their beautiful attractions. The most important thing to mention is that the hotel staff is extraordinary! I have rarely seen such a such friendly, welcoming and helpful team!
This is a decent budget value hotel in the heart of Quebec city that put you around all the action. The rooms were OK, they seem to be missing things that should have been in the room. The breakfast wasn’t the best to choose from, there was no protein at all. I could go back here again as longAs the price didn’t increase.
My husband and I and his brother and sister-in-law stayed for three nights. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms were average. The bed was very small and soft and the pillows were good. There was no tub in either of our rooms. We had garbage in one of our drawers so we knew that the rooms drawers have not been opened or cleaned, there are no tubs in rooms, which was very disappointing. Breakfast was full of carbohydrates and little to no proteins. The coffee machine was very good the staff seemed very nice and spoke decent English and tried very hard to communicate with us.
Even though we cancelled the booking due to our train being cancelled due to the rail blockade, they refused to refund our booking . So will NOT stay there on principle if ever we are going to Quebec City in the future
We had a great big room , ideally located( walking distance to old town). Super comfortable queen bed, plus the staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom was huge, with a double shower head and everything was clean
