This little inn nearly has it all; great location, very charming, nice bathrooms (good towels, bathtubs, good showers), and partial views of the river. I was in #15, which had a lovely balcony where one can see the river and surrounding area. That said, there was no breakfast available, and the deal killer for me...4 flights of steep, curving stairs.... More

First, the good things; Location is the best feature of this small hotel. Room was pretty small, but that wasn't an issue for us, and still found it nice and cozy. It had a nice private balcony, although we couldn't use it much because of the weather. Nice amenities included in the room, like coffee and a small fridge. In... More

We loved the location of this small hotel, across from a quiet park that borders the Frontenac, and just a few steps from the river promenade. We didn't love so much the strange constant humming noise that invaded our room (#4) or the construction noise that awoke us at 7 AM on a Friday. And while other rooms may be... More

This is a perfect central location. We had room 11 and the view was beautiful. The shower was great. Some of the other rooms appeared more spacious. The only downside to a lot of these accommodations is the number of stairs to scale after a day of scaling the city...39, I believe from the street to our room.

My wife and I stayed in room 10. It overlooked a park and the Chateau Frontenac. The hotel is located on a quiet one way street two blocks from the crush of tourists. The hotel will give you a deal on parking and the lot is a short walk away. The street is wide enough to drop off your luggage... More

I was looking for lodging that provided a terrace or balcony. The balcony rooms here had double beds. We wanted at least a queen so we took the patio/terrace room #3 with the private entrance and were very pleased. We had a small fridge, microwave, sink with dishes and a keurig machine...loved the old brick walls. There was a double... More

First of all, they have the WORST cancellation policy. A Minimum of 7 days or you are charged the FULL amount of the room without exception. No convenient parking, especially if you have anything larger than a small care. Noisy air conditioner which you have to keep running to block out noise from the street.

Stayed in room 56 for six nights. This room is on the first floor so only one flight of stairs to climb. Beautiful view of the Frontenac out our windows. Good location in old town near the boardwalk on a quiet street. Everything here was clean and the front desk personnel very friendly. This is an old building so don't... More

This was a great hotel from which to explore all of Vieux Quebec. There is no parking on site, but it was in a very secure location just a block away. The hotel is in an old building, so there are some quirks, but it has been modernized and is very comfortable. The facility was top notch in service and... More

We booked this hotel for 3 nights and were very pleased, it is in a great location, walking distance to everywhere in old Quebec. The room was small, but beautiful with old stone wall, very good size bathroom, and very clean. Staff was very helpful, served us in both English and French. The bed was very comfortable, linen was soft,... More
