When we arrived at the hotel, it was a bit complicated to unload your luggage as there are just 2 temporary public spots to stop your car 5 minutes. If they are taken (they are most of the time), you cannot even download your luggage. There was just 1 person at the reception and so friendly that he answers all... More

First time in Quebec City and this hotel met our needs. It is a smaller 'boutique' type hotel with a restaurant downstairs. Won't be good for those who prefer a large hotel with many amenities. Location: We don't mind walking to explore a city so this hotel was perfect! It is just on the outer edge of 'Old Quebec' -... More

This is a small, "old France" style boutique hotel on one of Quebec City central streets and close to all tourist attractions. No complaints about noise. They have car parking in front of hotel. Checking in and out was fast with polite and efficient people in reception. And this irresistible French accent when they speak English! My only problem with... More

To me a hotel is just a place to a good night's sleep and maybe breakfast. Le Saint Paul has been beautifully restored with very modern amenities and serious creature comfort. The staff couldn't be more helpful and were a pleasure to do business with. The included breakfast had a good number of choices and while not up to the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time at this hotel. It is only a few minutes walk to the main areas of Old Quebec, very close to good restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and modern. The bathroom was great, it had a large tub that could fit 3 people (not that... More

This hotel was fine in most aspects except as having been to Quebec many times I found this a bit more out of the way than other similarly priced hotels in the old city. I understand there may be some attraction for some to be out of the old city, and it has easy access to the bike path which... More

The room was clean, staff were all friendly, and the location was great. Very basic appointments and nothing fancy, but overall a good experience for an overnight stopover on the way to the East Coast from Ontario.

My family of 4 stayed here and had a room on the 1st floor (which was really the 2nd, upstairs from the lobby). It seemed like a quiet hotel, for the most part. It is a close walk to so many restaurants, even though there is one downstairs. Breakfast is included and we enjoyed our choices, but you could order... More

We were able to walk to the waterfront and to the Chateau Frontenac from the hotel. The hotel is small and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and have TV and Wifi. The showers are great. We would stay here again!

The best asset of this hotel is its location. A quick 5 minute walk (uphill) and you are at the Chateau Frontenac. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a food market right across the street. Breakfast is served in the restaurant below starting at 7:30 (a bit late for business travellers, or those with children...but...)... More
