Loved this place. Beautiful old property with tons of charm in a great location. we are walkers and this was close to everything. We stayed in one of the small rooms and it was perfectly adequate - yes, it was tiny - we were forewarned, but it was functional and had everything we needed. We don't spend a lot of... More

I was a hotel guest in Room 314 from 7/22/16 to 7/24/16. While in many ways Laurier is a 4 Star hotel like the superb breakfast, I have a number of complaints. First our assigned room was initially 614 next to the roof air handlers but I could still hear the rumble when we moved to 314. Secondly we were... More

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of the festival, you can't beat the location! Right on the Plains of Abraham means a very short walk back after the show. The old part of town is about a 10-15 minute walk but it's not too bad. The whole process was very easy (check-in and check-out) plus we had to... More

The hotel was nice, clean. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were average. We were sent on a hunt for vending machines that did not exist. The front desk came with me to show me after spending a half hour looking and he didn't find them either. Parking is a bit of an issue as... More

With high expectations we came to Hotel Chateau Laurier. It is nearby the old city-centre of Quebec (5-10 minutes walk). So, a great location. There is an inside pool, fitness and sauna available. Breakfast is not included, but you can take a buffet for $15. Altough, the food wasn't that good. Also the parking isn't included ($20 for a day... More

HOtel CHateau was a beautiful hotel in Quebec. Although the staff spoke French, they were very helpful. The bar was very fun and the bartender stayed late for us. The rooms were small, but typical for that area. The food was good and service good. They were friendly to us and great scenery.

We are currently staying in this lovely hotel but have just left the restaurant where we waited over 1 hour for the one course we ordered - it arrived cold and had to be returned . This hotel was in an ideal location for us...easy walking distance from the old city and very close the Plains of Abraham. We did feel that if we were to go back to Quebec City again, we would choose something RIGHT in the old city, but this was very close and we walked to and from a couple of times... More
