We appreciated the professionalism very much but also the friendly and kind attitude of all staff. Ready to help, ready to explain, so fine. The rooms are spacious, and we loved the matrasses; not too soft, not too hard. We had access to the Executive floor and loved the view on the city as well as a cosy and calm atmosphere. The rooms furniture looks little bit outdated, even damaged. The shower-curtain in the bath surprised us and we question whether this is hygienic enough. The major problem was the WIFI connection. We had to call the assistance several times as the problem was not easily solved. The instructions available in the room were unclear even for the specialist who passed to help. A serious up-date of the instructions text is a must. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much.

We are global travelers spending at least 100 nights in Hilton brand hotels each year. The past 3 weeks have taken us from Boston to Paris, Zurich, Milan, Lake Como, Italy, Walt Disney World, Orlando, FL and the beautiful city of Quebec. We arrived mid day and were greeted by the most genuine welcoming smile and salutations we have experienced in some time. This delightful hostess welcoming us to her hotel and city was the incredible Ms. Claudine. While this was the not our first time staying at the Hilton Quebec, it was our first encounter with Ms. Claudine. I can only say that after we completed our check-in, we all felt like family. We even discovered we holidayed and summered in some of the same locations (Lake Placid, NY and Old Orchard Beach, ME). She is a delight and I hope the leadership team knows what a gem and special person they have on their team. Exciting news! The hotel is getting ready for a year long renovation. We received an wonderful and informative email a few weeks prior to our arrival informing us of some changes and what to expect. However, we can assure you that while the hotel my be going through a transit, the service is not. While the Concierge level is closed a new well appointed area was available for us under the guidance of Concierge Martin and his immaculate and very attentive staff. The evening socials are pleasant and relaxing. The morning Concierge lounge breakfast (Diamond and Gold) is perfect to get the day started off right. Housekeeping Staff another plus and 5 stars. Each attendant takes a moment to simply recognize your presence in the hallways with a smile or salutation. This can be quite rare at some hotels. Bellmen are usually the first point of contact and first impression of the hotel. They too are top notch and very hospitable. The restaurant and bar are just as amazing with their menu selections and the personalities of the staff. If you plan on enjoying the breakfast buffet (in the main restaurant), bring your appetite because it is bountiful. The Hilton Quebec is ideally located across from Parliament and at the gated walls entering Old Quebec. One can easily walk to any section of town within minutes. However, we always recommend when in a new city to take a Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour to get a quick lay of the land. In most cities a full loop of a city's tour is 2 hours (+/-). Using that information you can better plan your sightseeing day(s). We will certainly be back to the Hilton Quebec and wish them a wonderful 2020 New Year! The Nozawa's

Dear Nozawa family, Thank you for the fantastic very detailed review of your stay at the Hilton Québec! Wow, Claudine will be so happy when she reads the sweet words you have written about her. Claudine is a true gem to our team, she is engaged, we even say that she has Hilton tatooed on her heart! We appreciate her as a clolleague but even more as a friend. Your comments, especially coming from Diamond members, are music to my ears! You can rest assured that I will pass them on to all managers so that they can share it with their teams. Since you know about the renovation, I dearly hope that you will be back to try our new product in 2021 and since most of our colleagues will be coming back, you will find familiar facesof you new "family"! Warm regards, Marie-Ève Galipeault Front Office Director

Last week, we have closed the hotel for a one year renovation so it will not be possible to visit us next summer but save that trip for 2021 when we reopen with a beautiful fully renovated property. The location of the Hilton Quebec is fabulous. Walking distance to Old Town and the Chateau. The Parliament is right across. There are a lot of very nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The staffs, starting with the bell men, concierge, front desk, & house keeping are all very friendly and courteous.
