We picked this hotel because of it's excellent location within the heart of Old Quebec. I am very glad we chose to do the hotel valet parking as public parking space is very limited in Old Quebec. The staff is very friendly and helpful. After check-in, we were offered one of the renovated rooms for a small additional charge. However,...

The room we had (158) was modern, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable! The common area facilities (i.e. pool, restaurant, Spa, etc.) all appeared to be high-end although we never took the time to use them. There are so many options in Old Quebec for activities and meals - all within very close walking distance. Service at the...

I booked a room through Hotwire and they still charged my card held for incidentals a regular room rate. It has been a hassle trying to get them to remove this charge from my card. As far as the hotel itself, the lobby is nice. However, the rooms are old, cramped, and nothing special. I'd avoid it unless you like...

We enjoyed our stay at the Manoir Victoria. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and very nicely remodeled. The location was perfect right in the middle of the upper town. Quebec is a lovely place to visit and staying in the old town is the best way to go as you can park you car on arrival...

This hotel is perfectly located as it backs on to Rue St. Jean. Clean and tidy rooms. There is no elevator from the street front entrance, only a flight of stairs, but the bell hop will take care of your luggage. Breakfast is adequate. It really is all about the location. The independent Boulay Bistro, excellent dining, is accessible from...

The location of the Hotel Manoir Victoria is very desirable. We were able to walk to the best restaurants, shopping and historic sites that Quebec City has to offer. The parking garage is only a few doors away and you always had an easy access to your car. All of the staff was professional and accommodating, especially the bell hops...

Pros: nice room, nice people, great location in the Old City. On the econobus route. Cons: 23 stairs to entry. No elevator to the door for luggage. Slow elevator to room floors. Ice machine in basement, no plastic bags for ice. Our personal pillow got taken with the sheets. When we alerted the staff, they tracked it down and shipped...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Manoir Victoria for one night last week. I wasn't sure what to expect at first but the hotel was beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and clean - it also had a king bed which was a nice surprise. The hotel is located right in the heart of the main area, with lots...

Spent 2 nights at this hotel in July. It is centrally located in Old Quebec. The staff is very helpful with giving directions to all of the historic places and to shops and restaurants. I could walk to everything as the hotel is close to the funicular which will to take one down to the riverfront. The room was very...

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Quebec - the location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the city's most famous sights. We were able to check in early, which was helpful for a baby needing to nap. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds felt luxurious (our only suggestion might be to include...
