Arrived here late, tired. Pleased to see clean room and bathroom. Air cond was freezing so turned off. Found the ice machine and enjoyed drink in room. Able to use wifi. Coffee machine in room good. Able to make use of it. Shower recess was novel, never seen one quite like it. Question. How to fat people fit in through... More

Stayed at hotel for two nights in December. Staff was very accommodating and did everything asked. Rooms are nice despite the floating floor being mis layed. Everything you need is very close to hotel so location is great! Hotel has a gym but its old dated and a lot of it broken. Pretty sure it was an after thought. Has... More

I really needed sleep. Checkin went well with a very sweet front desk clerk who spoke English with me as I was too tired to speak French, yes, that tired. Upon arriving at the door of my room I knew right away this wasn't going to end well. The doors to all the ground level rooms don't open into a... More

Ample-sized room with modern decor was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Staff was friendly. 3 shopping malls across the street but a bit of a trek to Vieux Quebec. Popular with groups so might be noisy (ask!)

Visited a week ago, very comfy and good quality room. Staff were very polite and hard working. Breakfast was buffet but good. Everything very clean and working, fridge and safe in room. Had a very good night's sleep, quite room. I'd look forward to another visit. There was a huge shopping centre opposite, cafe outside and a bus stop very... More

Our group had bought 18 room nights at the hotel and on the last day we asked for a late checkout of 1.5 hours on 1 room and were refused because of no apparent reason except that check out is at 11.00 AM and staff had to clean the room right away. The hotel was far from sold out that... More

Hotel has insufficient parking, and the snow removal is less than adequate. We were sent off to another building nearby to park. That is unacceptable. The entire lobby area and elevator were very dirty. The were enormous sal and slush stains on the reception carpet and lobby area. The elevator was dirty. The room was nice, but I had nowhere... What a surprisingly charming hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy and well planned. The desk rolled out to a nice size and it was well lighted. The staff was great speaking both English and French handily and open to questions and directions. Housekeeping staff were plentiful and the rooms cleaned nicely upon return from the day's outing. IF you had... More

We stopped there without reservations for an overnight stay while en route in January 2015. I had been to other Jaro hotels before and liked their relaxed atmosphere. This time we didn't need the pool and garden of hotel Quebec so I decided to give it a try. Conveniently located in Ste-Foy near the bridges, shopping malls and restaurants, the... More
