Poor service and lack of clean air. We were badly greeted at breakfast three days in a row. Lunch menu was bad. Greating at the reception was good and courteous. THis was the only good thing. As an organization, it was the second time I was there. No imiprovements since the last visit.

You literally CATFISH people with your hotel photos. The room I saw to book was NOT the room I was given...you show people a renovation, then book them into a room from 1970: - A SINK in the THE CLOSET?! - flaking, cracking, crumbling paint in the shoilet (shower/toilet) room bc the fan doesn't work; as well as the chance for autoeroticelectrocution with the LIGHT SWITCH being pretty much INSIDE the shower - BLOOD ON THE SHEETS. NOT COOL, EVER. - there's NO duvet cover?! It's just sandwiched between 2 (bloody) sheets that aren't even the same size and is paper thin so you freeze all night long - Keurig coffee maker doesn't work, so you go to the continental breakfast (which is free at ANY OTHER HOTEL where you're paying the same amount of money) for a cup and are told that "continental breakfast" is $9...just, WOW - and the first thing you see at this "continental breakfast"? A bowl of ROTTEN pineapple. Way to go! Explained all of this to your receptionist upon check out and she didn't offer one single discount/rebate/option AT ALL for the terrible experience from start to finish. There were quite a few reviews on Trivago, Kayak, etc. that warned of your shady booking/business behaviour of duping with pictures vs. the actual room, and I should have listened. I will never stay at this chain again and let people know how you treat guests.

Rooms seem a bit out dated but the bed was comfy and it had everything you need in it. The price was very fair and having Wyndham rewards helped a bunch to save me an extra 20%. Breakfast and parking were included in my price and I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast

Stayed 1 night on a road trip. Was very happy with the cleanliness, confort, and excellent service. Bathtub could have used a non-slip mat. I woukd definitely stay here again Adding more characters here to satisfy this stupid system. Probably my last review

I understand that they are planning on renovating the rooms on the floor I stayed on, but for what I paid, this hotel was not worth it. Check-in was ok, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was very dark, especially in the bathroom where the shower had no light. Also, the “modern” sink bowl was not at all practical. The toilet paper was way too far from the toilet. Just one plug with three outlets available, on the desk only. Chipped paid on the window frame, touched up paint along the baseboards, ripped leather armchair. No coffee/tea/water in the lobby. No express checkout. I had mentioned all these things after I checked in, during my stay and at checkout. No one seemed to care. If I had no better options, I might stay there again, but it would definitely be my last choice.
