Hotel was a “preferred” hotel for a national sporting event. Rooms are hot due to unseasonably warm weather and hotel REFUSES to turn on the air conditioning in spite of many requests made by and for the athletes. Hallways dark. Elevators slow and busy. Would not recommend.

Not only were they offering a great price, but it was also very clean. The reception was excellent as well. Special kudos to John who helped me with a phone call that i desperately had to make (my French isn't great).

Could have been 5 but I could not rate higher than 4. Stayed there 10 days since I was invited prof. at Laval University. In those 10 nights the room was clean 1 time. Garbage was accumulating and the garbage place were stored in my floor. Ask the reception about this and was informed that due Covid the room would be clean at each 5 days. Does not make much sense this policy, particularly when the clean lady’s where cleaning rooms without masks even in public places where is mandatory. Concerning the garbage they told me to go to the 7th floor (was at 8) and guess was closed also. So it was a nice walk with garbage around the hotel. Finally they said to leave garbage at the room door and someone would pick it. And they did that. Not happy about this rate since the room was great, with all amenities and the staff at the reception was very friendly. In summary, need to rethink the clean policy. Before Quebec city I stayed 7 days in Montreal and the room was clean every 2 days with all safety cares and to the best of my knowledge no one got sick.

Stayed on the 10th floor great view over the city. Room was clean & comfortable. Check in was great by a warm & friendly gentleman, who made you feel welcome. Parking was free and plentiful. Ate in Cosmos for both dinner & breakfast. Food was good coffee was terrible, weak and tasteless like any North American coffee.

Good place to stay within easy reach of old Québec but with parking pool and amenities. A great deal and easy to handle. The great pool well managed for the pandemic. A wine store across the street. Many breakfast and resto places around. The old city 10 minutes way. A good deal.

We stayed at this hotel in the month of January. It is well situated, very close to some good restaurants and even a shopping mall. Easy access to and from the highway. Rooms are clean and spacious, pool was nice and the gym is fine too. The sushi restaurant on location was very good.

Stayed here from Dec 27-Jan 1 and honestly It was a great day. The suite I had stayed in for the week was absolutely incredible, and really clean. The staff at this hotel were very nice and accommodating, and the location was perfect for going downtown for the Toboggon Festival. Really enjoyed having Cosmos right outside the hotel as well. Great food there. It was definitely an amazing stay, my only two pieces of constructive criticism is: The underground parkade was super tight. Feels like they tried to jam as many parking spots underground as they could and it really creates for a claustrophobic lot. You can definitely avoid it by parking in the surface lot however so not a deal breaker! My 2nd piece of constructive criticism is the elevators. I know that the 3rd one was under repair but the two that were operational were way too small/slow for a hotel elevator and took quite a bit of time. Once again, not a deal breaker though. Would definitely stay here again next time im in Quebec City.

We stayed here for one night during the fifth night of a power failure at home in the same city. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The in-room coffee was acceptable. The bathroom vanity counter top was a bit small but enough room for two people to put out their essential toiletries. There was not any magnifying mirror for shaving or putting on makeup, however. The shower was exceptional. The pressure was amazing and the water hot!
