A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. The location was perfect - very convenient to the city and things we wanted to see. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was exceptional - we had some unique needs during our staff and they were very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. It was an exceptional hotel.

We had room 408 which was very quiet. We arrived 5 hrs late @ 2am and Serge was very welcoming. Tania, one of the consignors (sp) was very helpful in planning our walks to the different areas and with dinner reservations. Breakfast was very filling and good. Great location for walking everywhere. We would stay here again. Great pillows as...

One of the best Hotels I was on my 4-Week-Tour through US and Canada. I'll come back. Friendly People, awesome and clean rooms and a good coice of breakfast. It''s near the old town. 5 min by foot to the Chateau Frontenac and the Old Town. Next to the River Cruises. Perfect!

This boutique hotel is convenient and an excellent choice. The rooms were comfortable with great bedding and were nice and quiet. The help at the desk were excellent offering advice on dining and how to spend our time in Quebec. I would highly recommend to others.

I liked very much the hotel. The location was excellent for me and the people working in the hotel are very kind and very courteous / regardful. Everybody we talked in the hotel really take care of us, supporting as much as possible. For sure, if I will come back to Quebec City, this hotel will be my first option.

I usually enjoy this hotel, but the room and breakfast were subpar this time. It is a great location, but no longer a luxury property. Bathroom lacked tub although I had paid for one and the breakfast was poorly prepared and thrown together. Desk staff and valet were great as usual but the hotel is clearly in decline.
