I stayed here with my family and absolutely loved the hotel. Location was incredible in the middle of Old Quebec lower town surround for a lot of restaurants . The hotel was super clean and the staff really helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely come back.

I don't usually write reviews however I felt I had to this time...this place is amazing! I felt like I was back in Paris. The room was charming and so many nice little touches like bathrobes and L'Occitane products. Breakfast was great as well... beautiful presentation and lots of great choices. Staff was great and location was great! We will be back!

Location of the hotel is fantastic! Steps from great restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment, this well kept hotel is a must to stay in Old Quebec City. Comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff make the hotel a pleasure to visit.

Everybody we encountered on staff of Auberge Saint Pierre was enthusiastic, upbeat, friendly, willing, knowledgeable, and helpful. The front desk and bell hops were generous beyond expectations, offering to help when others usually would remain passive. A young and impressive staff make this hotel a memorable place of hospitality.

We highly recommend Auberge Saint-Pierre hotel in the lower city. We arrived after a long drive; the front staff and valet were both helpful and friendly to get us checked in and sorted. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the breakfast and coffee each morning before we started our days. The location was perfect to explore the area; each day we came back our room had been cleaned. The timely was perfect to get ready to go out in the evening. I called the hotel a few times before our arrival with questions, each call was super helpful to make our stay better. We hope to travel again to this beautiful city with friendly people, great food and stay at Auberge Saint-Pierre.

We stayed here for 3 nights during Carnaval, and I really enjoyed this hotel. It is very centrally located in the lower part of Old Quebec City, near many shops, galleries and restaurants. The rooms have an old-world feel to them and are nicely appointed with L'Occitane products. Housekeeping came every day, which seems to be a rarity post-covid. We really enjoyed the self-service wine bar in the lobby. It was a fun, interesting touch to the hotel, and the lobby area has a sleek and upscale feel to it, which made it enjoyable to lounge with your glass of wine. I do wish that breakfast was included, as in most small boutiques it is, but I read it was only if you booked directly with the hotel, which we did not. Our heat/AC unit also seemed to not work, so while the room was always very warm (which is appreciated in Quebec), we had to open the window a few times to cool it off. My only other small complaint is that there is no counter space in the bathroom--it is a bit difficult trying to figure out where to put your toiletries and hair styling tools. Overall though, this hotel was in a great location, very clean, and reasonably priced. I would stay here again. …

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Home away from home! Highly recommend! Impeccable rooms, cozy, modern amenities, functional, quite, great beds, quality linens and toiletries. Very good breakfast. And the STAFF makes the difference, everyone was very attentive, professional and nice! thank you! And VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU NOTE for Jimmy , he was amazing, went above and beyond to make our stay a great one! with very dedicated long emails with suggestions for activities and restaurants, super professional, proactive and so attentive to detail! Spent a weekend here. Ideally located in the lower part of the old city with many fine restaurants within walking distance. It is also an easy drive to the slopes for those looking to ski. The rooms are beautifully appointed and stylish with all the amenities one would need. The breakfast restaurant excellent as was the Italian restaurant on site. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

My opinions of the Auberge Saint-Pierre sound similar to many of the other reviews on Tripadvisor. The hotel was updated and clean with a friendly staff. Although it seemed full, it never felt crowded. We enjoyed our four nights at the hotel. The location was ideal in the lower town and with limited outside noise. Even on Friday, when the "street" on the back side of the hotel was filled with pedestrians as the art galleries were open late. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all the sites in Quebec City. Although we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, Il Matto, it smelled delicious and always crowded. From the airport, cabs were readily available and the ride took about 25 minutes. We only had USD and the driver was willing to accept. Cash is preferred and normal rate is about $35 CAD. When time to leave, the hotel called for a cab and was there quickly. I highly recommend the Auberge Saint-Pierre.…
