We stayed at the Hotel Clarendon 3 nights. The room was small but comfortable, linens and bed exceptional, bathroom clean and roomy. We had the breakfast buffet each morning. With a hostess like Tina and lots great choices it was the perfect start to the day. The concierge staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We parked at the garage...

We arrived to a warmhearted lovely front desk attendant. She was very pleasant and cheerful! Our reservation was confirmed and we made our way to our room. When you book here I advise you upgrade your room! Well worth the upgrade! It is a grand room, very well appointed. The bed is very comfortable, and the furniture is gorgeous! A...

Wonderful hotel in a centralized location i.e. close to restaurants, attractions, shopping etc. This old style European hotel had excellent service, knowledgeable front deck people who were willing to help and assist in whatever way possible. The room were on the small side (European) but cozy. Would definitely return.

Comfortable rooms, extremely clean, lovely shower. Fast and free wifi. Walking distance to everything. The staff were very accommodating with storing our bags and also gave us an early checkin. Thank you.

This was a wonderful retro 1920s style hotel. A fun place to stay for the atmosphere! Note, it is an older hotel but the rooms were clean. It is also in the heart of Old Quebec and a quick two-minute walk to the Chateau Frontenac.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clarendon. It was a lovely, charming hotel on the upper part of old Quebec. It was easy to walk to the Frontenac Hotel, boardwalk and funicular. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and rather small, but that was the style of the older hotels of the period. Great...

I love this place so full of history. Well located, nice architecture, confortable bed. Small room but what else to expect in building that age. Employees are doing their job really well. Room is nice but decoration item are on low cost side for a room that price.

We stayed here two nights in mid September. Having read about the room size we booked a "corporate" room which was still quite small. Bed was very comfortable, nice view of the street below, no problems with street noise, bathroom a bit dated but all very clean. The valet staff were excellent -- very helpful with directions and friendly and...

This the oldest hotel in Quebec and it does have a bit of character showing its age. Fab location right in the centre of the old town near all the main sights. My room was a little dark as it was located at the back of the hotel so no view at all. Room was comfortable with two king sized...

Arrived at noon but was told check in was 4pm. I asked for high floor good views and was told my room would be on 4th floor (totally 6 floors). When I returned after 4pm, a long queue was waiting for check in. When it's my turn, I was given a room on 1st floor with no views. I told...
