Beautiful decor, comfortable room. Walking distance to restaurants, local amenities and tourist destinations. The staff were very helpful and went to great lengths to solve an issue we had with our laundry.

We enjoyed our stay at the Clarendon in Quebec City. It is in the historic district and walkable to everything. A very nice old elegant hotel. Our only complaint was we did not reserve it for a longer period. It was booked for the next night or we would have stayed longer. It was reminiscent of our stay 40 years... More

This is the oldest hotel in North America. It is probably the nicest hotel I have ever had the plrasure of visiting and staying at. If you get the chance by all means stay there. The area is amazing. Lots to see and visit around the hotel.

We stayed two nights during the week and the hotel is very close to everything. It is very near Chateau Frontenac and the Funicular and many, many shops and restaurants. There was a beautiful view of the Chateau out of our window. We enjoyed the buffet brunch (at an additional charge of $ 19.95 CA) even though it was pretty... More

We had the pleasure of staying here for 3 days in August, the room was small but clean. The staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel could not have been better, within minutes walk of all the sights. There is plenty of street entertainment near the hotel. We were spoilt for choice with the restaurants that were around... More

Stayed here for 3 nights from 9/8 to 9/11 in a superior room with 2 queen beds (room #418). Great choice. Very large room. The beds were very comfortable, pillows and bedding were good. I had requested a quiet room on a higher floor. This room faced the interior courtyard. No view but it was very quiet. Service was good... More

If you don't want to "break the buck" by shelling out for the Fairmont Frontenac stay here. Just a block from Quebec's famous hotel and popular with tour groups this is the place. Our room was small but adequate. Only had breakfast and ordered Eggs Benedict Canard, which was yummy, the buffet looked excellent too. I'm sure he dinner would... More

This hotel is located in the heart of the action in Old Quebec. When I checked in, I was told they had upgraded my room so I was surprised to get a room with no hangers AND NO PLACE TO PUT THEM if I had had them. There was an old-fashioned coat rack in the corner which hardly doubles as... More

I was so excited to stay here after I booked my reservation. The pictures on the website looked amazing and I thought I had booked an awesome suite. The location was very convenient although it's slightly uphill. However the room was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Overall it was an an average stay as long as... More

After disembarking from our cruise, we made our way to the hotel and we're happy to learn that our room was upgraded to the executive King. We had booked the business king since reviews said the regular room was very small. The bed was very comfortable, tv, Internet, two extremely comfortable chairs, large dressers and desk with chair. The spacious... More
