Stayed August 19-21, two people. We stayed in room 15 which was on the 3rd and last floor so, lots of stairs but we're in our twenties so we managed. Parking is in the back for 21$ a day. Great location near the chateau Frontenac and near everything else in old Quebec. However, our room was tiny. Double bed, night... More

It's located just in fron of a large park with trees and bench, le parc des Gouverneurs, which makes it quiet, luxurious and not too hot on a july weekend! The acces is direct to the Dufferin walkway and you have a beautiful view of the StLawrence river. It's a minute walk to the Chateau Frontenac and all main attraction... More

Great location! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very quaint place; we had the room right on the main floor, facing the park (and waterfront). Lovely place to stay, within a short stroll to several great restaurants and destinations.

My family and I visited in July (2 kids, 2 adults). The location was wonderful--walking and biking distance from everything in the old city and near ferry to Levis. Stefan (front desk) was awesome--gave us a map and all wonderful suggestions. Room was great--two beds and bathroom. Plenty of room. It's in a city so you have to be ready... More

Personnel friendly and helpful, perfect location in old Quebec with walking distance from everything. The room was clean, tiny but with everything was needed, comfortable mattress, extremely little toilet but also this one clean and with everything you may need. The view from the room was wonderful! We were extremely happy of our choice also because the price was great.... More

We stayed for a weekend, booking last minute online and for late arrival. Despite our late arrival our keys were ready and waiting for us. The room was small but certainly roomy enough for the two of us comfortably with all our luggage. It was spotless and the bed and pillows great. Could not ask for a better location. Directly... I love this hotel. Charming, huge room with two windows overlooking park. Watched fireworks. Great location. Price was right. Friendly staff. On the downside-narrow, steep stairs, no parking, no wi-fi. This is not your modern chain hotel.

The boutique three-story terrace hotel is within a two minute walk to the Château Frontenac and the main little streets of Old Quebec. Needed to carry suitcases up the narrow stairs, but there are ground level rooms available. Room was small with one window (rear rooms do not have a view) and inadequate air conditioning. Some of the staff, in... More

This hotel was in a good position just around the corner from lots of restaurants. We had to park down the road in a parking station. They do have some parking on site but we weren't lucky enough to get one. The room was up the front stairs then 2 more flights of stairs once inside the building. The room... More
