I would definitely recommend anyone travelling to Old Quebec City to consider this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with ample space. The location is near everything and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby.

We spent the night there after a long day of hiking. The entrance is a bit confusing since at night, you need a key to even enter the hotel and you need to get buzzed in. The outside is very “Old Quebec”, and it is right across from the Fairmont- good location. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond, and modern, clean rooms.

The rooms were impeccably clean and the hotel staff warm and helpful. Martin made sure we were well oriented and gave us maps to the city with suggestions about dining and sites. The main floor (Rez de chaussée) is actually the tourist office, convenient if you are wanting to book a ticket on the hop on hop off bus or other tours. However, this means that you will need to use your hotel room key card to get in the building after hours. Reception is on the European first floor (American second floor). Definitely would recommend.

While many might consider the iconic Chateau Frontenac as the place to stay in Quebec is boutique hotel across the small park from the imposing giant is a third the price and the rooms are unbelievably opulent. Ours faced the park and the Chateau and featured 14’ ceilings and a 60” HDTV. The associated restaurant was good quality and the location - center of the old city - was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here as part of a Mum /Daughter Canadian Trip. The hotel is in the best location, in the Upper part of Quebec with views of the Frontenac Hotel. The reception was welcoming and very friendly, we arrived at about 4.30 ~ 5.00 pm, she helped with luggage and personally showed us to our rooms - a great employee! Room was super clean and comfortable. Showed and bathroom facilities super - again modern and clean. The quirky part is the hotel is on the 1st and 2nd floor with a tourist office on the ground floor. But access was easy and nothing could beat the location - easy to walk to the bars and restaurants etc.
