Stayed at Port Royal for one evening; family of three travelling to the east coast with a puppy. Fantastic room for us, easy to access the city, parking lot outside hotel, good food at pub in hotel. Greeted with a welcome cocktail and a bowl of water for our puppy. Loved the fully equipped kitchenette. All staff very pleasant. Great...

This hotel is a gem! Located in the old port section of Quebec it is a peaceful hotel with a nice view of several restaurants and a beautiful fountain. The rooms are spacious and even provide a kitchenette should one want to prepare food purchased at the Vieux Marche. The hotel is especially clean with hardwood floors, rock walls and...

Stayed here for 4 nights in June. This is a great place from which to tour Old Quebec City (Vieux Quebec). Short walk to the market, Place Royale and many great Bistros and restaurants. Be sure to take time to visit the Musee de la Civilisation and Musee des Beaux-Arts du Québec. And the "Red Bus" tour is the way...

We stayed in room 207A (I believe) for three nights in the beginning of July. I was surprised that our room had a kitchen area where we found open food in one of the cabinets.....obviously not cleaned by housekeeping. The two issues I have with the room were the noise level. The second night I had to call the front...

We had booked our hotel through Expedia and I had noted that we were visiting Québec for our 2nd wedding anniversary well over a month in advance. Our room was right across from the elevator, which was a high traffic area. So I'm not sure if it was the location of the room or the hotel in general but we...

Dear Jimmehh, Many thanks for the review, we are sorry you encountered problem with the noise this was not mention to us. This charming hotel is beautifully situated within walking distance to all the restaurants and tourist attractions of Old Quebec, the downtown core. To one side are fancy restaurants, but around the corner is a gas station's convenience store. It's close to the waterfront as well. It is an older building, and there are only about three floors. The rooms themselves...

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean, modern and quite large. The problem for me was the overall noise level. On our first night we were put into a room above the Pub (Rm 120) and it was very loud. The second night...

Decided to stay here for a couple of nights on business and am so very glad we did! The hotel is spectacular, the room uniquely renovated, and the restaurants magnificent. Best breakfast I think I have ever had. We spent the evening on the patio listening to excellent music choices, great food, great service, and a great atmosphere.

Arrived in the rain and valet met us in the parking lot with an umbrella--never got wet! One wall in the room was old world stone.
