The view from our room was amazing. Book directly with the hotel the package which includes breakfast and parking-small car park but the valet was there to park the car. There was a voucher for a free cocktail & free fruit waiting at the front desk- the staff were really nice. Hotel is situated in a picturesque square in Basse... More

Convenient location. Within walking distances to shop and restaurants in old quebec. Room are a little dated but good value for what you paid for in old quebec. Good service. Would recommend to others.

The excellence started with the check-in. The young lady was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is beautiful inside and out and extremely unique. The mix of old and new is stunning and done tastefully. We had a corner room with a wood burning pot belly stove, a clean well equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.... More

This small, quaint and yet modern hotel offers outstanding value. The location is ideal for cruisers visiting and touring this wonderful, friendly city - you can walk from the cruise terminal to the hotel after you have your luggage. The staff is friendly and helpful, the onsite restaurant is excellent and there are many, many street side restaurants and shops... More

My husband and I booked and planned to stay at your hotel from July 10-18 with your two very well behaved golden retrievers. We checked-in to room 220 (Superior Suite) on the evening of July 10th.Unfortunately we were so displeased with the hotel that we chose to check-out after just one night. Our room was very unclean; the entire kitchen... More

5 minutes from the cruise ship this is just the place to stay before or after a cruise. Older hotel but nicely redone and maintained. Great soft bed, and slept like a rock. Lots of great places to eat nearby and on the edge of OldTown Quebec. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room design totally fit in with the old building. It is convenient to the old city, the water front, the farmer's market. The staff was wonderful! So helpful! Loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Very disappointed staying in suite 312, the washroom is designed for someone who is 5 feet 5 and under. I'm only 5'8, and I find the toilet extremely hard to use, you have a wall right against your knee. The shower is extremely small. We booked two rooms through Expedia and my friend got the much nicer King suite 316... More

Check in was very easy. I had pre-payed so it was even easier. The staff were great. They spoke English ( very well I may say). The rooms are just like the pictures, nice size and all the rooms have a small kitchen that can be used. The hallways were a bit strange but added to the ambiance of the... More

The location could not have been better, the view of vieux Quebec was lovely and the room had good amenities and a comfey bed. The housekeeping was the only drawback - it took two hours to get our room made up after we requested it twice and then they left one towel for the two of us. Would have expected... More
