We spent 3 weeks in Canada this summer and this is by far the worst hotel we have been in... Expensive and dirty it needs some serious refurbishing or maybe just to close down! The rooms smells of God knows what, the shower in the room is so small and close to the toilet it is necessary to be very...

Location is very good. Ten minutes walk from the old city. And right next to St Joseph street, where all the retaurants and bars are. Room is correct. Bathroom super small, we had the shower and wc in 2 m2, and the sink in the room itself. Breakfast is very simple

We wanted something that was walking distance to old quebec. We knew we would pay a little more since everything downtown is expensive but we found this place that was a bit cheaper. Honestly, I would have spent the extra money to stay somewhere downtown. The room cost us $160 with parking and it was grungy and beat down. NO...

The price is a very good deal, cheaper than what I would pay for a hotel in the middle of nowhere in the US. The bed was ok, it was close to Old Quebec, museums, Plains of Abraham. Good coffee for breakfast, not watery stuff cheaper places often have. Bananas, cereal, toast (with good bread), OJ, for breakfast (included in...

The location is OK, there is a bus stop around the corner with a good service The room is very simple, basic and a bit old. The breakfast is poor, it is fresh but has only bread and jam. It feels like a hostel with single rooms. The bed and the shower are good. The staff is friendly and helpfull

First contact with Canadians and it was absolutely horrible. Rude like I never seen. To be honest we haven't stayed at "Manoir Charest (such a big word for this building....you really know what is a "manoir" ? Check the building...it has nothing to do with a "manoir"). Anyway... We reserved through Expedia.com a room, it was good price and location...

My sister and I booked into Manoir Charest for the recent Pearl Jam concert. Upon arrival, we were politely greeted by Daniel at the front desk. He was very friendly and accommodating and provided us with information regarding the neighborhood and local attractions. Our room was clean, cozy and included all the standard amenities that you'd expect from a hotel....

A little outdated but a nice place to start our adventure. Right on the corner of the street with maybe 5 carparks. We easily walked through the main parts of town and back. 2 streets over from a nice street of restaurants. Nice basic breakfast served. Not a bad little place to stay :)

Stayed in this hotel for two nights after being in Montreal for 3 days. Me and my wife stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we are really happy with it. The owner is a really nice guy. The location is very close to the old quebec and close to main streets and restaurants. We are fully satisfied with...

We had a fairly large room with two double beds on the second floor. The bathroom was very small, just fitting in a toilet and shower cubicle with a hand basin located in the bedroom. We did see that a nearby room with only one double bed in it had a much larger bathroom, so if you only need one...
