Embassy Suites is located 2 blocks from Old Montreal and Notre Dame. It is in walking distance to everything. Chinatown, Downtown, Underground Mall and the Bell Centre are all within easy 5-15 minute walk. The staff was super friendly and informative. The managers happy hour is an added bonus for a couple of free beers or drinks. The hotel has...

This Embassy Suites is well situated - close to Old Montreal and the Place D'Armes metro stop. The hotel itself is decorated well for its vintage with a pocket door in the one bedroom, separating it from the living area. Beautiful view of the buildings in the financial district. Included in your hotel fee are two complimentary tickets for the...

We had an enjoyable stay here. Great location. Well maintained. Nice breakfast, as usual for Embassy Suites and generally a nice room. This is not a traditional Embassy Suites in the sense of having rooms fan out from common open foyer. I don't like the layout of rooms in this more common layout. The living room, facing internally to the...

Pleasant stay especially for a family -- not a premium experience by any means so skip the premium service. Room was nice a large and excellent for a family of 3. Full kitchen was very nice for snacks and beverages. Staff were mostly helpful but several folks seemed to be out of touch with housekeeping and special requests.

Stayed at hotel for medal rounds at the Bell Centre. Location was near the subway and most travel including walking was through the underground concourse. 3 subway stops to the Bell Centre which took less than 10 minutes overall.

The stay was in mid-December for two days. Below are the pros and cons of staying at this hotel. PROS: Large rooms: All rooms are suites with a family room and a separate bedroom. There are TVs in both rooms. ‎My room was an upgraded to a two bedroom suite. It had 4 queen beds including a queen sized pull-out...

We have returned here often to visit family in the area. It is a great location, a beautiful and spacious room, good amenities, and generally helpful staff. The evening reception is a nice touch, and sets the mood for fine dining out on the town.

We stayed here as a family of 4, with two daughters age 10 and 14. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites and found them much better than this one. The room wasn't maintained that great- crumbs inside the sofa bed, Skittles found randomly on the carpet here and there when we checked in, some mascara smudges on the bathroom...

The location was great. Some rooms were more spacious than others. The water pressure was horrible. No closet to hang coats. One very small closet for clothes and a small dresser was in it. The breakfast was ok. Crowded and not enough tables and staff.

Staying in Quartier International

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier International
Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention center and retail space with a multi-colored glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterize the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
