A charming, quiet, delightful bed and breakfast, centrally located - so walking to museums, restaurants, parks is easy, filled with sites and sounds that make the visit enchanting. The staff is warmly welcoming, friendly and thoughtful. Service is very accommodating and considerate. Beds firm and comfortable, rooms clean and well-kept. We've stayed here three times and now feel like the... More

We had the St Laurent room and thought it was very nice and suited our purposes fine! We found it very easy to get around, either on foot or by Metro and with so many restaurants and shops and parks, there's tons of things to do! We started our day with a very satisfying breakfast and Jen, Chantal and Jessica... More

We were only in Montreal for one night, but really loved our stay at Casa Bianca. We will definitely return. We stayed in the Mont-Royal. Our room was perfect, overlooking the park across the street. We loved the history and charm of the house. The staff was very helpful in making our reservation and the breakfast was great.

We stayed for five night in this charming B&B. The location is perfect right opposite of a park and in the vicinity there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The metro station Mont Royal is approx. 10 m to walk. Rooms are nice and the house has definitely a charming atmosphere.

We stayed at Casa Bianca for 2 nights. The location is perfect, easy to come around, many restaurants near by, we did everything by foot. We had the St Laurent room which I can not recommend to book, very small but a huge bathroom which is also an emergency exit. Our room was also very dark, only one window and... More

I stayed at the Casa Bianca for three nights in April. This is a cross between a bed and breakfast and a shared living experience. Unless you arrive between 2 and 3, you unlock the door yourself ( with a code) and carry your own suitcase up the stairs but it somehow works. The rooms are large and spacious and... More

The house is is really charming, For us the location was perfect. Our room was a suite, fine for a couple with children (bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms, so not for sharing with friends) You just felt that this could be a perfect place and that out of weariness or lack of energy, a minimum is being done.... This lovely old house has been thoughtfully converted into a very warm and comfortable B&B. It is in a great location for delicious restaurants, scenic 25 min walk to Downtown through parks and historic university area or to Old Montreal via busy and interesting streets. Very quiet location for a good sleep, and we were able to park our car... More

Stayed here for a long weekend during Easter with my fiancé. We chose the location because it was close to the park and walking distance to lots of restaurants in the Plateau Mont Royal neighborhood. We felt like we got a real local experience, as the hotel is really just a house along the park. Our room was comfortable and... More

Staying in Parc du Mont-Royal

Neighborhood Profile
Parc du Mont-Royal
Montreal was named for this hilly highland, where the tallest spot in the city overlooks its most extensive parkland. The greenspace of Parc du Mont-Royal is an outdoorsman's dream, with hiking trails and nature walks that cater to every season and level of athlete. In the winter, cross-country skiers, tobogganers, and ice skaters don their equipment by Beaver Lake and its pavilion, while the warmer months bring families and competitors to the pitches of Jeanne-Mance Park for tennis, soccer, football, baseball, volleyball, or a dip in the community pool. A perfect spot for a stroll or a picnic, the forest foliage is dotted with sculpture art and offers views of some of Mont-Royal's oldest edifices, the towering St. Joseph's Oratory and the mausoleums of Notre-Dame-des-Neiges. Home to musical celebrations and twilight snowshoeing alike, visit here to walk, write, rest, think, or just be.
