Stayed for 5 nights. Best deal was a long term stay rate via the Marriott website, but they also take AAA.Our visit coincided with the jazz festival, and we overlooked one of the stages from our room (no noise issues, though). The room was clean. Bed was comfortable although slightly oddly placed (one side was only about a foot from...

My colleague and I were there for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the heart of Down Town Montreal. All staff were very courteous and helpful. I have breakfast both days in the restaurant downstairs. The menu caters for all tastes and again the service was excellent. The rooms were clean, well appointed and the coffee machine was fantastic....

I stayed in this hotel for just one night, thank God. Nice and clean at first look, but the sheets were all wrinkled up with a strange odour and low quality. It had me wondering if they even change it between short staying guests. First time in a hotel with no herbal tea choice in the room. Parking is over...

I was initially considering giving this location 4+ (Very Good) but a few issues have made this difficult. Firstly, the good: Location is prime downtown, close to pretty much everything from métro lines to the Bell Centre - it's a great site from which to walk anywhere. Check-in was quick and staff were efficient and very welcoming. We were delighted...

Wonderful modern property with reasonable restaurant in the lobby. Room ultra clean but Spartan. Check-in process is very slow despite having check-in in online. Front desk says, we only use that to tell you when your room is ready! With two people ahead of me at the two open counters it took 15 minutes to check in. Service through out...

First time we have stayed at this hotel but we were very impressed. We regularly stay at Marriott properties and this Courtyard was much more upscale than most. The room was quite and very modern and the beds very comfortable. It is also in an excellent location - a short walk to Old Montreal, St Catherine St and many restaurants...

Stay here every year for a weekend getaway. Staff is always very friendly. Rooms a spotless and love that you can take the elevator from the garage right to your floor. Only issue, hot tub was not hot at all the three days we were here. No biggie.

This place measures up to high priced American hotel rooms, and for far less. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was exquisitely clean. Rooms had free coffee and tea of the usual Keurig variety, plus a refrigerator. You could even control your own heat in either centigrade or fahrenheit. The place itself is walking...

Staying in Quartier International

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier International
Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention center and retail space with a multi-colored glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterize the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
