We had everything that we needed in this room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and close to museums and conveniences. Although we did not cook in, we had the conveniences of a coffee maker, microwave and fridge. All we needed!

The best thing about this 'no frills' hotel is the location. It is off St. Catherine Street, just a block from Berri Uqam metro station which connects to all three different lines. So it is very easy to get from one place to the other if you are dependant on public transit. There are also a number of interesting malls,... More

Although the room here was a decent size and a good layout for our situation, it was very outdated and either too hot or freezing! We could not find a happy medium. The biggest turn off was the service. We found the elder lady working the front desk to be cold and rude. When we first entered, she was giving... More

The room is spacious, clean and well taken care of. Breakfast is very poor and not so good. Parking is $20 per night and is not in the same building. Free WiFi. The location is good. Is at walking distance from old Montreal. The 3 is due to the breakfast and parking.

Good location match good price. We have had a room at lobby floor on inside part but very silent. Looks like very tidy and so recent refurbished. Also good the breakfast. Only bad review for parking only for payment.

It depends on the room you book but the place is nice, large room and beds. The first one was very nice, the second room was a bit dirty and smells cigs. Placed near a good restaurant and close to the center.

Very nice clean hotel to stay in. The rooms were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to Old Montreal and it a few blocks away from food and entertainment downtown. Great location plus a continental breakfast was included.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. I felt safe at and near the hotel. You needed your room card to get into the hotel so it felt safe. This hotel is perfect if you want a clean and comfortable place to... More

Rooms have a full kitchenette with service for two provided. The hotel is one block from the Metro station and two blocks from the Village. Parking is a little troublesome as you must check-in first in order to get into the underground parking garage which is across the street from the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighborhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colorful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
