Most staff indifferent and failed to show any concern with issues. Facility getting worse each time you stay while getting more and more expensive. All the nice touches that make you feel appreciated are cut and parking is worse than ever.
Stayed here for a business trip to Montreal. Well kept property and rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly especially the bar tender in the evenings. Good location close to the airport. Restaurant at the hotel is good and there is a subway across the street.
A really nice cosy hotel run by long serving very welcoming staff! Always a real pleasure to stay at this hotel, despite the harsh winter weather, an oasis. Good courtesy bus link from / to the Montreal Airport.
Minimalist room supplies, NO DRINKING WATER in room, noisy fan that blows cost air which cannot be turned off, no room service menu, however the staff are friendly although too few to be able to cater to the guests quickly, room decor is pretty and cheerful.

"Worst Hotel Ever!!!"
"If you have to spend a night for the transition, I don't recommend. It's too pricy for the quality."
"Hilton App has the E-Check In. You can pick which room you want."
"North side rooms are away from Monte de Liesse, but both sides exposed to the 520 a bit."
