Me my boyfriend and our friends were visiting Montreal. It was my first time and our first few nights we stayed at this amazing luxury boutique hotel, walking distance to famous Notre Dame. This hotel is very unique with a lot of fun art and beautiful rooms, its older but very luxury. The staff was very friendly, we had amazing time. I would love to stay there again soon.

I saw someone staying with my pet in the hotel, and when I went to the front desk to ask, the answer was negative, so I was puzzled because I was studying in Canada and my parents and friends were not around, so between couples Traveling for two people will be very difficult, because the pets in the house will be left unattended. The two of us have two cats. It may not be good to keep the cats at home, so I hope to provide pet accommodation or other methods. Pet-oriented services.

Recently stayed Sun-Tues at LHotel. BOTTOM LINE: You get the feeling this hotel should be more popular than it is...something is missing. But you can't beat the location and it's charmingly eccentric with a massive modern/pop art collection. PROS: Fantastic location on St Jacques, very close to Notre Dame. Room oozed bygone grandeur with double-height ceilings. Linens and towels were sparkling white. CONS: Poor water pressure in shower and just a general feeling of shabbiness, despite the HUGE abundance of modern art everywhere you turn (not to mention signed movie posters!). The whole property could do with better lighting and a good lick of paint. And the lobby area should be buzzing, but no one was tending bar when I wanted a drink on Sunday!

We were in Montreal for an overnight get away and chose the LHotel to stay in Old Montreal. This area of the city is so charming and full of character. The hotel is perfect for walking anywhere in this district and also close to the metro. We used the valet parking service which is very handy indeed and the car was brought to us within a few minutes of checking out. The front desk service is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was great and the bed very comfortable. From our experience we would recommend this hotel.
