The hotel has a great location in old downtown Montreal. The hotel offers parking for a daily fee which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The rooms are very nice and spacious and clean and comfortable. The only thing we did not enjoy about the hotel was the pool area and fitness area, which was old and outdated and just seemed dirty and lack of maintenance. The property has one washing machine and one dryer which is coin operated on the third floor, which can be very helpful when you travel with children. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Their free breakfast buffet is fresh and has a lot of variety

Overall the hotel was nice. The room was clean and really well set up. The pool and gym area were disappointing. Also when we showed up the EV chargers were broken and the parking lot was full. So we wouldn't have been able to use the charger anyway. I had to park down at the water front. There were free flo chargers which was good, but parking was $35 per day and it was a 10 min walk in the freezing cold that I wasn't prepared for. Oh and there is also a strange smell in the building.

This hotel is greatly situated in the old town with a lot of opportunities to walk or use public transport. Really clean, breakfast are good and team is friendly. Strongly recommended for friends and families. I would go there again if I visit the city

From check-in to check-out we were happy to have stayed here. Check-in woman nice and the young male (Noah?) extremely helpful. I've very picky about hotel rooms and I was happy with the room. No dust, towels soft, etc. Clean lobby and hallways. Breakfast was amazing...waffles, eggs, meat, potatoes, breads, cereals, oatmeal (my favorites) with toppings for the waffles and oatmeals, fruit, yogurt, juices, etc. Hotel a few minute walk to the Basilica, subway and Under Ground Mall (which was a waste of time). We utilized the mini fridge and microwave. I'm very glad we utilized the parking garage at the hotel. Easy in/out with daily rate of $35CA. I would return to this location.

My nephew was getting married just around the corner and my wife and adult children stayed at the spring hill suites for another great stay - this is our go to hotel in montreal and will continue to be! Stayed for 4 nights with our teenage kids. Absolutely great location in Old Montreal surrounded by an excellent choice of restaurants, cafe’s, tourist shops, & convenience stores. The location was really the best thing about this hotel. Rooms were old and overdue to be updated. Bathrooms had visible mould in a few locations. Breakfast was poor with very limited choice. Pool was cold which was disappointing considering it was winter. Staff were nice but they need better updated facilities to be supported better.

Usually pick a Marriott hotel, this was also the case. While the location is great the hotel was nothing special and somewhat disappointing. First of all there was a rotten smell right in the lobby. Some of the elevator buttons did not even work. Once again no safes in the room or the hotel. While they do have a pool it's really small that at one point there were 5 kids in it and they pretty much took up all the space. Another unpleasant surprise were the charges at the check out. While they have free wifi and a paid one apparently someone used the paid one in our room. While we know it wasn't the case the answer that was provided is that the computer puts all of the charges automatically and nothing they could do. Just the overall staff responses left a bad aftertaste.

Rooms and facilities were old, had mold and rust. Some stains were noticeable on the bed. The rooms are that of a cheap motel at best. Pool was covered in rust, mildew and mold. The staff were friendly, but it was so unsanitary that I don't recommend at all. There was also a pungent odor everywhere throughout the hotel. No toilet paper in bathroom and pool deck was so wet that I almost slipped. The pull out bed in the room wasn't ready to use so we had to put sheets on it ourselves. The free breakfast was awful. The waffles tasted like they were expired and had freezer burn. Inisde the microwave, it was filthy and obviously not cleaned properly. My advice is to AVOID this place!

The hotel is in old town and very convenient walking to restaurants and shopping. The bed and room were comfortable, front desk was very helpful. The shower head was great, The layout not so much. The toilet is maybe a foot from the shower and the grab bar is at the front near the controls. It’s impossible to enter from the front because of the toilet, so one has to enter from the rear with no grab bar. Luckily it was not that cold or hot as the HVAC unit didn’t function well. Breakfast was decent with many choices. The room has been refurbished, however it was easy to see places that needed touchup

The hotel is superbly located. But that’s the best it offers. Hallways and rooms smell of mold. We had to keep our windows open to not have headaches. Housekeeping tries…but the hotel is so dated, it feels dirty even though it’s clean. Mattress was hard as a rock!!
