I worked for a company whose goal was not to satisfy our customers, but to delight them. And that was our experience. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was always smiling and eager to please. From the front desk to housekeeping, and transportation, everything was perfect. Special thanks to Peter, Sarah, and Franz for the food and drink. Mark and Maria at the concierge desk. Everyone was professional, courteous, and competent.

Hotel's Favorite
We recently stayed at the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal during the week of the National Bank Tennis Open. This is no doubt one of our favorite hotels in Montreal and we have stayed at over 10+ properties in the downtown area. The view from the club lounge is one of the best from our experience. My wife loves the breakfast in the morning and it's so nice to have a place for the kids to snack and rest after a long day of "exploring." We have stayed at this prestigious property multiple times since the border opening and we can't rave about it enough. This time, my family and I arrived a little earlier than expected and were told to check back around noon. With no immediate plans, the kids and myself waited in the lobby (reservations for the Planetarium were later in the day). Then to our surprise, the Customer Rep (my apologies for not remembering her name) informed us that our room was ready. With the generosity of Ms. Sophie and this Front Desk Rep, "We've upgraded you the Vice Presidential Suite!!!" The girls and I were awed by this gesture, thank you!!! The suite was absolutely gorgeous, it has a private bar along with breathtaking views of the Montreal skyline. This was another extremely memorable experience at Le Centre Sheraton Montreal and we can't wait to be back!!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Le Centre Sheraton. It was a fantastic hotel. It is difficult to figure out how to drive into the hotel since there isn't much signage directing traffic into the driveway. The bell staff is rather indifferent and unhelpful, but I didn't deal with them too much. The young lady who checked us in was very personable and gracious. She welcomed us and processed our check in quickly. We were in our rooms 10 minutes later. The room was new feeling and larger than I expected for a downtown hotel. The rooms were cleaned and housekeeping came daily. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, which came in handy since I bought dessert from "Second Hand Coffee" two blocks down the street from the hotel. The shower was very good. It is a bit tricky to get the water turned off, but I am up for a challenge like that in the morning. The best part of the hotel is the sauna and whirlpool. My wife and I really enjoyed this after getting cold and wet in the rain during our visit to Montreal. The fitness center is fantastic. The weight machines are very good and they have free weights. The elliptical machines and treadmills were all operational. The hotel location is great. It is about 2 blocks away from the subway stop, which gave me the opportunity to park my car and not worry about navigating Montreal's traffic. Le Centre Sheraton Montreal was the highlight of our trip to Montreal. When we return to Montreal, we will stay at the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal again.

After my stay here I can confirm this is not the old and dingy Sheraton you may remember. Everything seemed new inside-out and the hospitality suite I had was beautiful (and huge!). The club lounge was also great and very nicely appointed, and food selections were good by lounge standards for both breakfast and afternoon social. I will definitely keep this hotel on my list for my next trip into Montreal.

I have stayed here in past years and appreciate the recent renovations to the rooms. I'm a Marriott Platinum member and was given an upgrade to a huge suite. Great central location to many different restaurants and bars in the downtown Montreal core. Friendly staff and great bellhops and valets. Would definitely recommend staying here for a first time visit to Montreal, especially if you are attending any events at the Bell Center like concerts or sporting events.

We stayed here five nights Friendly and helpful reception Street side has view but noisy Construction, motorcycles and emergency vehicles Shower head is rain type but since it is mounted in an angle it is not really rain shower Shower arm is not good for people who have wrist problems Good luck to turn it on and off especially when it is wet or soapy I blame the designers for it and not the hotel staff If you use hand shower and by mistake you direct the water against the shower door it goes out to floor and that is because both pieces are movable and you have to know which door to slide. As you arrive, minibar is empty bring your own drink But at least they have a bottle of water for you Parking is somewhat expensive but you can go unlimited in and out Location is convenient to art museum and some restaurants Half an hour walk to old Montréal After all I would come back to this place for if you are picky there is always something wrong with every hotel but I would not hire the shower designer again

Dear 807muzafferm, We'd like to thank you or taking the time to share about your impressions of our hotel! We're happy to hear that as far as our staff goes you obtained our usual friendly and courteous service! We have noted your comments about our shower design and will keep this is mind should we choose to modify them! We appreciate you providing details on why this could diminish your experience with us. We do not have a minibar as you've observed, but should you want any beverages in the room without needing to exit the premise, our mobile dining offer is an option! Once again, thank you for your feedback, we appreciate any opportunity given in order to continuously improve and adapt to our guests' needs! We look forward to welcoming you back!

We arrived at the hotel at approximately 9:00am in the morning, and I totally understand that rooms will not be available at this time. The receptionist was quite rude in communicating this to us and said that we had to come back at 3:00pm to get our room. When we went to store or luggage we were charged $3.00 per bag. In 40 years of travelling this is the first I have to pay to store luggage when arriving in a hotel. We came back at 3:00pm to finally check in and were faced with a line of about 30 people also waiting to check in. We spent 40 minutes in line waiting to check in. When finally checking in the receptionist was again rude and asked if we wanted housekeeping service for our stay. I am paying $279 a night and of course I want housekeeping service. The next morning on leaving our room to go out we waited over 35 min for an elevator to go down. We were on the 19th floor and many people ended up walking down, which was not an option for me as I am on crutches. When going to reception to voice my concerns over the wait for an elevator I was met with indifference and a shrug of the shoulders. Overall I found all staff rude and indifferent. I will not be staying at this hotel or a Sheraton Hotel ever again

Dear David, we recognize your time is valuable and we highly appreciate you taking some of this time to inform us about your recent stay! Your experience is undoubtedly not up to the Sheraton standards and promises we take pride in. High occupancy days do not and will never excuse any rude behaviour from our staff and we have made them aware of your comments to ensure professionnal and courteous exchanges with all guests. We do ask about housekeeping service as part of a standard we have in place to better to respond to our guests needs and wants, we apologize if this was not the impression you had upon being asked this question. As for the elevators, we were in fact having multiple maintenance issues and assure you they are usually very rapid, but unfortunately this was not the case over the weekend. Regardless, any concerns brought to us are always welcomed and we will ensure guests feel this way moving forward. Feedback is what we rely on to grow and evolve which is why we do sincerely thank you for your comments and are sorry that we were unable to provide our usual friendly, accommodating and professionnal service.

We booked and paid two nights for 3 people. Th first night, they were over booked, and sent us to a lot cheaper hotel as a replacement. The second night, they didn't have the two-bed room we booked and gave us a one bed and a pull-out sofa as a replacement. We didn't get refunds or discount for the lesser accommodations.

We were in Montreal for the first time and wanted a place to stay near the center of town. We found Le Centre and was not disappointed. Rooms are very modern. Check-in was quick and overall staff was very professional. It is a full-service hotel so there are lots of other amenities we did not have time to experience. We were on the 27th floor and the views were exceptional. We choose the self-park and the fee was $24-$25 dollars per day. The one drawback, especially for newbies such as us is there was major construction in front of the hotel so there was no access. Downtown has lots of one way streets and even though street signs are posted, it can be a challenge understanding where you are. So, we drove a couple of blocks with the strategy of entering from the rear. We finally found an access street but that process took about 20 minutes and it was at night. Overall we had a very good experience.

Dear fredyt3, we highly appreciate you taking the time to inform us and others about your recent stay with us! We're very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay for the most part! We agree Montreal construction has been a great obstacle at the moment to get around the streets leading up to the hotel. I do suggest to anyone driving around Montreal at this time to plan their trajectories in advance as this will save much time and frustration. Thanks again for the feedback, we hope to welcome you again in the near future!

Pushed the boat out for a two night stop in Montreal, was not disaapointed with hotel or the city. Great little bar near the hotel called Beir Markt, more choice and a lot cheaper that the hotel bar, which was a little stuffy.
