Pleasant small older hotel. Well maintained. Comfortable, but not fancy. Not for disabled or feeble folk--no elevator, with several floors. No bell service, or at least none offered to us. Handy to the Metro, with an entrance to the Sherbrooke station right across the street. Nice complimentary breakfast, but no meat or cheese. Easy walk to the nightlife, bars and...

Has a BnB feel, amazing service and breakfast. Room was small but comfortable, free parking n walking distance to Sherbrooke station. Two blocks away from Rue St. Denis were all the great restaurants are. No elevators so please be prepared to walk up the stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chateau. We were welcomed by their team of helpful staff. Upon our early arrival we had parked on the street as there were no spots available. However, they kindly took our keys and moved our car as soon as a spot had freed. This allowed us to begin the touring of Montreal, worry-free...

We stayed at this delightful hotel at the end of August. It was a heritage home, possibly that of a doctor or a lawyer at the turn of the 20th century. Our room was beautiful with all the comforts needed. Very quiet despite the fact that our room faced the busy Sherbrook Street. We were steps away from St. Denis...

We stayed in many B & Bs in France, you could pick this place up and move it to France and it would fit right in. Smaller rooms and beds, clean, outdated TV. But you have your own bathroom. GReat front end staff, very helpful ! French breakfast, juice very good coffee and toast, croissants. Great location , free parking...

Superior room was very comfortable with a large jacuzzi in the bathroom. The continental breakfast is prepared for and served to you (until NOON, which was much appreciated) and the bagels were perfectly toasted and absolutely scrumptious!

Cute little hotel with a lot of character. I had one of the smallest rooms and it was completely fine. TV wasn't the most up to date but who cares. Looks like an old fashioned mansion. It's on a busy main street near the Latin quarter. The location is really good, walking distance to tons of restaurants and a metro...

Room had plenty of space and bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Enough choices to make a variety at breakfast. Metro/Subway station just across the street.. The only real negative is that there is no elevator so those of us on the third floor it was a long haul up with luggage but the night manager did...

Staying in Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)

Neighborhood Profile
Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)
Named for the Olympic Stadium complexes built for the 1976 games, the Olympic Park and the surrounding neighborhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa) make up an invigorated area dedicated to "Space for Life." Around the Olympic Village's arenas and stadiums, Rue Sherbrooke welcomes exploration of its sculpture gardens decorated in the works of Jean-Paul Riopelle and its museum culture headed by the historical Château Dufresne. Maisonneuve Park offers interactive experiences at its bio-dome, insectarium, planetarium, and botanical gardens. For a change of scene, the gentrified space along Rue Ontario Est is packed with the city's newest, edgiest cafes, where an imaginative, youthful crowd sips foamy cappuccinos. A visit here is incomplete without stepping into the vast halls of the Maisonneuve Market, with flower stalls, wine depots, and local produce.
