We booked into Le Petit Hotel in Old Montreal for an extended weekend visit with some friends. It is ideally located in Old Montreal - walking distance from everything you need - restaurants, bars, Notre Dame cathedral, etc.... The lobby is cozy and the staff at Le Petit Hotel are welcoming and friendly and extremely helpful. They double as baristas providing complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day - real coffee from an espresso machine with your choice of lattes, cappuccinos, espresso shots. Due to COVID breakfast was served in individual pre-packaged containers but the quality of the food was great - fresh croissants from a local cafe and an assortment of fresh fruit. Available for pick up in the lobby or thoughtfully delivered to your room. All the staff were excellent during our stay. Clay was there when we checked in and we saw him each day offering helpful tips, providing an extra towel or dealing with questions we had. Despite the staff shortages being experienced by every business in the hospitality industry, the team at Le Petit Hotel made us feel completely welcome and always there to assist. 5 stars and we will definitely be back again!

Guillaume and his staff were stellar in every way. My husband and I stayed for 4 delightful nights. The location was the best, conveniently and authentically located in le vieux port. All staff spoke fluent French and English. They were all very accommodating and made us feel like we were part of their hotel family. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Due to limited staff they requested that the front desk be contacted if we needed anything. As my husband and I believe in travelling while making minimal environmental impact this was perfect because it’s how we always travel. We trust that all the recycling is hat we left in the room was dealt with approximately. The breakfast was delicious- unfortunate that it had to be packaged due to Covid19- so there were wasted hard boiled eggs! The price was reasonable given the excellent location. We walked easily to the metro and all over downtown. They were very helpful with finding places to eat and how to get where we wanted to go. I felt sad saying goodbye yesterday!

Vieux Montréal ("the old city") is a Montreal must-see, and if you're lucky, a must stay - though usually most of the boutique hotels in this area are sold out long in advance. I was lucky to snag a few nights at Le Petit Hotel, a small property but with rooms that are anything but petite ! The multilingual staff was friendly and accommodating, the free latte/espressos were a nice touch. Best of all, though, is the culture and ambiance that oozes through everything: the little dress shops, the music, the fine dining, and on and on. Though no hot food was available (Covid restrictions), I was able to order a snack box for my room, or go about a block away to have a hearty breakfast at a nearby property - all included in the room rate. No question, I would stay again in a heartbeat !

Checkinn gentle and very attentive! Room on ground floor space modern a bit scary backside as people cross close to Windows and it's back street with some light installations but I found it comfortable. Tea/coffee free to receive at frontdesk and very good choice of it. Breakfast in close bar near was nice but a bit funny that water/juice is free But to pay for coffee/tea should be by breakfast include. Price is good and location is perfect! Next time I would checkinn and ask for a room higher level :)

This hotel and the staff were beyond fantastic. The rooms were stunning. We stayed in the large king rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating. The location was perfect. I plan to come back with my husband because we had such an amazing time. The SHOWER was AMAZING!!! Usually I find the showers to be fair at best in most hotels, but this was an experience. Amazing pressure and lovely details. We love the wood floors, so everything felt so clean. Loved it!!!
