Our room was such a cozy space to return to after a day out exploring in the chilly weather. Michel and Luc are really kind and informative hosts. We went to a restaurant recommended by Luc and loved it - Barocco. Our space was so clean and the decorating and furnishings were really well done. The location is perfect for walking, but also close to the subway. We really appreciate the obvious care put into creating a comfortable, warm, friendly place for people to get away to.

Studio Living on quiet Montcalm Street is the perfect spot to stay in Montreal. It is located a quick walk to Ste-Catherine Street and the Gay Village. Host Michel is a font of knowledge when it comes to all things to do or see in Montreal, and is always available to answer questions. The comfortable, spotless studio apartments are beautifully appointed and equipped with just about everything you could want for your stay. Breakfast consists of fresh croissants, cereal, etc., and coffee and an assortment of teas are provided. Each apartment has its own private entrance, as well as a patio door to the lush back garden. It’s the perfect setting for a getaway to Montreal. You can’t go wrong with Studio Living.

Convenient location, most attractions are within walking distance. We like the restaurants and bars in The Village. The studio is quiet, very spacious (on first floor open onto a balcony overlooking the lovely garden), warm, clean and well equipped with all the facilities especially in the kitchen. Michel is a great host, breakfast items were replenished daily to ensure freshness. He also provided us with detailed typed information of everything tourists would need. We had to leave for the airport at 4am in the morning, Michel helped with organizing a taxi efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay at Studio Living.

On arrival we received a warm welcome from our host, Michel, who provided lots of information and tips for our time in Montreal. The apartment itself is really well presented and has everything you could want or need. It’s located in the village and close to many bars and restaurants. It also has a really nice baker, butcher and cheesemonger less than 5 minutes away. We walked to the centre of town in 25/30 minutes and for those further to reach places the metro stop at UQAM-Berri was around a 10 minute walk. We both really enjoyed our stay in the city and at this apartment and would gladly stay here again.

And we appreciate that you are mentioning all the different services in my area: really make the Village a great place to stay! As for the subway, we can’t wait for Beaudry subway station to reopen, as it’s only 5 minutes away! Thanks again for your feedback and have a great week! Michel Lapointe, owner Studio Living
