I really enjoyed being in this hotel. It is a nice an elegant hotel, in downtown and close to the main streets. The area is really nice and quite during nights. The bedrooms are huge and really comfortable. Moreover, you can enjoy the swimming pool, spa and gym. Really recommended

Our time in Hilton Garden Inn was excellent. We stayed there for 5 days. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was close to everything! Excellent place to stay! Highly recommended!

Gorgeous city. Friendly people. Delicious food & great hotel experience. Kids want to go back in the summer! Highly recommend Teo Taxi, but driving around & parking was easy. We didn't have much time, but enjoyed shopping on Ste. Catherine St., walking Old Montreal & underground city.

Although the hotel was nice, it was a bit pricey. The rooms are bigger than other hotels I've stayed at. They had all the amenities I needed. Would have liked a continental breakfast. If there was one, I wasn't informed.

I spent a night at this hotel during the New Year Eve. The location is central including Place de Art and Chinatown. Room was clean and restaurant is much more elaborated than the average Garden Inn. I enjoyed the dinner better than breakfast but doesn't mean the latter is not adequate. Lounge is nice even small. Fitness room is small...

Well situated and good hotel. Staff was nice, rooms good size. Walking distance to St. Catherine Street and Veille Port. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was fine, the food at the restaurant was delicious even though the service needs a bit of polishing.

Nice hotel with good food & service, though food was a little expensive. Good location though does seem a quieter area. Staff friendly & helpful. Had a suit but the views were of the 'unattractive' back streets and air conditioning units.

I was a little disappointed as the room (one in the corner at the 4th floor) that we had was "enormous" in a grade that it felt that is was designed for people with disabilities (which is great that hotels do that) but it was not. If you plan to have a party or ask your relatives to crash in...

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theaters, and exhibition centers are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
