We visited Saguenay in early August 2016. A nice place to visit but you could struggle a bit with the language if you have no French skills. We selected this hotel because it appeared to be an upscale hotel to stay with the pool and dining etc. We stayed three nights. We ate breakfast once at the on site restaurant... More

Stayed 3 nights for a family funeral. Staff were courteous, rooms nice and clean, convenient location and nice pool and hot tubs. The rooms have a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker which came in very handy. My only negative was the restaurant. We had breakfast there all three mornings and only for convenience because we were with 2... More

My wife and I stayed here for one night while visiting the Saguenay region. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was very well appointed. We needed an accessible room, and it did not disappoint. Everything in the bathroom was accessible and easy to use. Highly recommend this place. Only downside was that the pool... More

Comfortable but not top quality hotel, in keeping with the cost. Some staff more helpful than others. Not all staff spoke English. Reasonable sized room. Nice breakfast café close by. Not in a central area but the whole town is very spread out and a car would be necessary wherever you stayed.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. Our central location in Saguenay region allows an easy access to highways and to the many services offered at a walking distances from our hotels (shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, parks, etc.), but, unfortunatly, we are not located in downtown. Nice place for the price. You can enjoy 2 spa, a sauna and a swimming pool. Good services. Went for wine festival, one bus stop away (only 1$ diring the weekend, way to go!). Room was clean, the bathroom was just ok, the eater room and bath room are split which help to get ready in time for both of... More

Pros: The room was clean and up to date. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was acceptable. Staff was friendly. Good location. Cons: there was a very loud vibrating noise early in the morning coming from my bathroom (I suspect that it was caused by other clients showering). Also there is one elevator that is... More

An adequate hotel for those travelling in this region. Bed and bedding clean and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin as I was able to hear someone snoring all night through! Breakfast was adequate and service was friendly and bi-lingual. Nothing set this hotel apart but it was acceptable as a city hotel.

We enjoyed our very clean room and very comfortable beds/bedding. A bit dissapointed that we had to wait when we arrived (late afternoon) for our room to be ready.
