We stayed at Eden Hall on August 18 for one night. We arrived late morning and we were grateful that we could do the paperwork check-in and leave our car in the off-street parking lot while we walked downtown to explore Charlottetown. We were on the third floor, and while the room was smaller, it was very cozy and clean. The ensuite bathroom was clean and basic amenities were provided. The wifi worked well and the mini-fridge kept everything nice and cold. A/C worked well. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty. Started with juice, a small refreshing fruit plate nicely arranged, followed by a small vegetable quiche on top of a hash brown, topped with two slices of bacon, again nicely arranged with thinly sliced cucumbers.. Coffee was hot and tea was available. Blueberry jam was made by Rosemary's husband and was very tasty. There were very enticing cinnamon rolls available that were tasty! Rosemary was very welcoming and we had a great stay. Would definitely consider returning when visiting Charlottetown.

A fabulous B&B within walking distance to downtown. We were on the upper level the “Cosy Room” and it was perfect. We only stayed one night, but I would definitely return again in the future. We arrived and were given a tour of the house up to our room and where breakfast was served the following morning. A coffee maker was available up until 8:30 pm with a wide selection of coffee’s available. Rooms were well appointed and extremely clean. When in the room you could hardly hear anyone else that was there as well. We found the parking to be perfect. Breakfast the next morning was terrific with a wide selection of items available. I highly recommend this B&B, it was great to stay in a historic home with outstanding hostess.

This bed and breakfast was perfect.

We were greeted by the owner who showed us around the B&B and showed us to our room. This place was charming with beautiful decor and plenty of places to curl up and read a book.

This B&B was set in a great location. We walked downtown with in a few minutes.

We were in a double room that had plenty of room and had AC. The bathroom was very tiny, but the owner explained it was the only way to allow for a room with two beds, which I appreciate. The beds, like the stairs were squeaky.

Food was great and thoughtful. There was always a hot offering with a buffet of cold items (fruit, yogurt, muffins, juices, coffee, etc)

I was very impressed with the owners. The first morning after check in, the wife greeted me by name. I heard her acknowledging and accommodating dietary concerns of other guests and she visited with all tables. She also provided a few suggestions on what to see in PEI. The husband and son were quiet but were seen working outside and they also guided us to a hidden parking spot. The owners definitely made the stay special.

Firstly there is not enough parking on site for all the guests and parking is super tight. We weren’t able to have breakfast at 8:00am because it was booked. The dining room has over sized tables, no tables for 2, lots of wasted space and you could fit more in at one time. We were given a plate with a quiche slice (which was awful and filled with corn), 2 potatoe wedges that were undercooked, a small breakfast sausage cut in half and some grapes cut up and made into a flower. This was the most bizarre breakfast I have ever had. Bizarre and not good tasting. Luckily you could get some toast which I did. You need to ask your customers what they want for breakfast not just bring out this plate with food I will not and did not eat. What a waste of food.

Sorry about that your stay did not meet your expectation. Even the COVID regulations have been lifted a lot , but still some new cases are going on. We are trying to keep a distance in the dinning room, keep every single one to be safe. We set up different time frame according to the quantity of dinning tables. That is why no sharing at the same table if guests are not in the same bubble. At that date, we did have breakfasts, a part of self service part: homemade desserts, strawberry sauce, blueberry sauce; five types of juice, good quality coffee, tea, cereals, fresh fruit platter , bread, bagels which are on the big table. For the hot dishes that was individual served. we did have chicken quiche, sausage, potato. One of you is vegetarian, that is why the cook made vegetarian quiche for you, with corn, chopped green beans filling in. Grapes made flowers which is a decoration of the hot dish. Thank you for your review.

I had a great stay of 2 nights in the room on the ground floor with a queen size bed. The room was quiet, and convent to breakfast since I’m and early riser. The inn keeper is lovely, and works very hard to give everyone a wonderful experience. She rises at 430am to have the breakfast prepared, baking fresh cookies and putting together a beautifully designed plate of fruit for each person. The only thing to be aware of is that the shower is small, since it is an old historic home. PEI has a lot of gorgeous scenery, and I wish I had stayed 3 nights. Would defiantly come back to this fantastic B&B

The stay here was very lovely.
The Inn is very well tended to, the owners clearly work hard to keep it clean and maintained. Both owners are nice, friendly and accomadating. From fresh towels to diet restrictions, they are willing and happy to help you have a great stay. The atmosphere is pleasant, it is quiet with access to everything you need right in downtown Charlottetown. If you like to walk when you're on vacation, this Inn is located in a fabulous spot within downtown Charlottetown. Mere minutes to reach the Victoria Park boardwalk, or about five minutes to find a mall, coffee shops, restaurants, you name it.
The interior of this Inn is gorgeous - if you have an interest in antiques you have to give the Eden Hall Inn a try. You'll love it and won't want to leave!
We both loved our stay and we will be back.

Ever paid money to visit a historic home? Well you get to stay and have breakfast in one!

Rosemary was a fantastic host and made delicious breakfasts which included her home baking. Room was super comfortable & clean. Only a few blocks walk from the downtown core which had the majority of sites to see on self walking tours. Only a block away from the ocean to go for a walk. We stayed 2 nights and used it as a home base while seeing sites on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

The Eden Hall Inn is a beautiful historic house and the perfect spot to spend the night while in Charlottetown. Rosemary is kind and welcoming and puts together a fantastic breakfast. The location is perfect for a quiet stay: very close to the extremely walkable downtown core as well as to Victoria Park. We stayed in the Captain's Quarters room - a great room for two people and, honestly, more spacious than some of the pictures made it seem. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely consider this spot for a future stay in Charlottetown!
