We've been visiting PEI for years, and this was the best place we've booked. The suite was huge, the service was excellent (I don't know why some people in the reviews I read before booking complained about the young people working there, my wife and I thought they were attentive, helpful, friendly, and gave the inn a youthful, happy feel,...

Bruce, It was a pleasure hosting your family for the week on our property! The Reginald Suite is definitely the right room to go when you have your family with you. We appreciate you taking the time to write such a long review filled with kind words. We look forward to hosting your family again this summer. Ben MacMillan General...

Fabulous rooms, very cozy, impeccably clean, fabulous breakfast. What a wonderful experience and so close to downtown. Couldn't have relaxed more. Staff were a pleasure to speak with and very helpful. If we ever return to P.E.I, would only stay there.

Our 1 bedroom apartment (~700 sq ft) with a full galley kitchen was perfect for our 1 week stay in Charlottetown. Located in central C-town within easy walking distance of all the sites, waterfront and restaurants. Lots of free parking on the property. Delicious breakfast included, informative and very friendly staff. The property consists of several buildings all in the...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our property. By the sounds of things I believe you stayed in our Reginald Suite - perfect for when you need to extra space and private kitchen access. Please keep us in mind if you find yourself in Charlottetown again! Ben MacMillan General Manager

We stayed in the Sydney room. Newer room - very big and great bathroom. However, located very close to the stairs and you really hear people going up and down. Place is beautiful - location is great, right in the heart of Charlottetown. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were very good. Also appreciated the availability...

Nice Inn but more 3.5 stars. Young (students??) staff are very nice and friendly but inexperienced resulting in an inconsistent experience and less than would be expected For the money paid. Room quality was good but again, some features were substandard, such as the haphazard tv and hanging cable box setup and missing cable controller. There was also no monitoring...

We stayed at the property for four nights two adults with our teenage daughter. With no specific instructions after booking we walked in the Fairholm house where a young lady was cleaning, she also acted as our check in host. She gave us the keys and directed us to our room in the Carriage house. Renovations had been done on...

We stayed three nights in the carriage house. Great, roomy, modern space, although the Ikea quality and exposed wires around fireplace and TVs give it a "first apartment" feel. Our disappointment was with check in and breakfast each morning. All of our interactions at the Inn were with young adults, who were all very nice but lacked the formality and...

We reserved the Reginald Suites many months ago when planning our 2 week visit. After our stay, we realized it was one of the best choices we made for this vacation. Our suite consisted of a large living room with 2 sofas and an easy chair, the king bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen was adequately stocked with...

Let me start by saying the Doris is nothing but over, over the top. We were the only ones in the entire place for a couple days and she offered to wait on us hand and foot. We were provided a gift card for one of the local restaurants and felt we could contact her at any time for anything....

We were unfortunately only able to stay one night but had a great time nonetheless. The room was spectacular and breakfast was great also. A special shout out to Ben who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Not only that, but he also Madeline sure the rest of our vacation went smoothly as well!! We...
