We stayed as a family in a 2 bedroom cottage. It was basic but had everything we required. This is a convenient location in the city and a great place to stay with the family dog. The negatives - the cottage was somewhat updated but has sagging floors with holes in the laminate in places. The toilet leaked onto the floor when flushed. The tub didn't drain well. Overall the cottage could have used a good scrubbing top to bottom. We found dirty underwear under the bed when we were checking out that did not belong to us. We likely won't stay here again, there are modern hotels nearby that include a pool and breakfast for the same price.

Friendly staff who gave us ideas of places to visit, where the dogs could romp around. Restaurants- things you need to know when you are there for a week. Cottage was cleans with 2 comfatable queen beds and good pillows, full kitchenette with working appliances, Tv on the fritz one night but was fixed quickly. Heat regulated by us in bedroom, bathroom and dining/ living room area. Now the bad or did not seem bad until day 4. Clean towels but bed not made - I don't expect new sheets, dirty rags on the floor ? forgot them, waste paper basket ( not emptied) left on the kitchen table so from day 3 on I guess we were expected to make our beds and at 140$ a night please make up my bed or let me know I''m on my own. I have stayed in cottages like that but were told ahead. And Does anybody know about Kleenex- I hate using toilet paper Being there for 2 days of dog shos a BIG PLUS is being able to have our dogs with us.

I was happy to find a place where my dog could stay. It us very convenient to town and beaches. It is quiet. I stayed 8 days. The sheets did not get changed. Beds very comfortable. There is no closet and only some of the bureau drawers can be opened because blocked by bed. Clean towels did come every day. The kitchenette was adequate and the fridge was full sized. It was fairly clean.Water was amply hot.

Spent 3 nights in a Cottage and as we extended our stay by one night and as our cottage was already booked, we moved to a Motel Unit for the final night. We stayed from Aug 19-22, 2018. Both were quite clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The cottage was a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and while the motel unit did not have a separate bedroom, it had a double size bed and sofa bed which still worked for us. Both kitchens had a full size fridge, stove and microwave. Everything was sparkling clean and had plenty of dishes and cookware. The bathrooms looked like they were brand new. Check-in was easy and the lady (sorry I didn't get your name) who took care of us couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was pleasant! She was really friendly, efficient and accommodating in anything we asked! The location is just off a highway but you wouldn't know it. There was minimal noise level even during busy periods throughout the day. Also conveniently located. Just a few minutes drive to Charlottetown Mall, Tim Horton's and several well-known restaurant chains. Also, a straight run down University Ave to the downtown core. (Mapleque Rd turns into University Ave) Really enjoyed the fairly large patio with table & chairs at the cottage. It was perfect for both sitting outside to eat or relax on a warm Summer evening. The roof overhang on the patio was helpful when it rained as you could sit out without getting wet and also provided a shady area from the sun in the daytime. The Motel Unit did not have what you would call a patio but did have sufficient space for 2 chairs and a small table. There was parking for 2 cars at most all, if not all, units. Worked well for us as we had a friend visit for overnight. Thank you for making our stay so lovely! We shall be back!
